Awful app, good taxi company
Completely out-dated, clonky app, where nothing makes sense and everything takes ages. Actual Parker Cars is great though!

I used once & got blacklisted because the driver was over 45 mins late & he complained that I was ‘rude’. I had my 9yr old son with me and went no further than acting like any other frustrated customer. He couldn’t steer left or right without his Waze app and the dispatcher had to conference me & the driver to navigate him to pick us up in the first instance.
For that experience, you get charged full rate & blacklisted. Life is too short to be a punter for that sort of service. Pass!

A detailed and intuitive app with a handy tracking feature, works perfectly.
Dated app but fundamentally works
Not the greatest user experience but has never let me down. Often book pickup from Heathrow when at departure airport and it DOES ask for your flight number too. Kept up to date with txt msg’s once booking is made. Functional, but not pretty - a bit like a Mercedes B-Class.

Does not recognise login details, says you will get a text to verify account but does not send a text - All round terrible app.

Worst App Going
Reported fault repeatedly and proven a total waste of time, keeps putting incorrect address and using other accounts when logging on. Phoning them you just get charged more. Absolutely useless and even one star is to high

If you order VIP car you will get 7 years old also very expensive compared to other apps
Crashes every time I open
Asks me to confirm my card details every time, then crashes immediately afterwards.

Have to upload credit card details every single time you book and doesn’t appear to work with IOS 11

Had to reinstall the app several times, and it doesn't remember/reload your open bookings.

Awful do NOT upgrade
Has forgotten all user details, Cant login in, user not recognised. Have to start all over again and re register and will have lost all favourites. So I'll switch to uber instead. Bloody ridiculous.
Poorly executed update!
After the update, it lost my card details and history, but managed to save my favourites and account info. What's REALLY irritating though is that I get an error message every time I open the app asking me to select a default payment method even though I did last time. C'mon guys... sort it out!
Poorly thought through "upgrade"
I go to use my favourite cab company and I have to re-register and re-enter my credit card details and I've lost all my booking history. And for what - a different colour scheme?! The one thing that could have been fixed is the inability to have two credit cards for business and personal use. In what way has this improved the service and helped Parkers keep customers or gain new ones?

Very useful app.
Great app easy to set up and use and very quick. Text confirmations instantly with full driver and vehicle details. Accurate location and intuitive. Full marks can't fault it.
