Residency ID scan not working

As of 7/27/26 this app is not functioning properly! The camera does not scan the barcode on the residency ID upload so there is no way for residents to use the app!

Residency Verification Not Working

Despite following the app’s directions AND customer service chat-bot, my phone’s camera will not scan and upload the bar code on the back of my driver’s license. Residency remains unverified.

Same issue as others

I set up my account, allow permission for the app to use my camera, but when I go to scan the ID it just keeps on making sounds like it’s taking a picture and nothing happens. C’mon Maui County, step up your game and release a product that actually works!
