Unable to scan Hawaii Drivers License for resident discount

App does not work for the essential function of scanning Hawaiian Drivers Licenses. Which is the whole point of the app for Maui County residents.

Residency ID scan not working

As of 7/27/26 this app is not functioning properly! The camera does not scan the barcode on the residency ID upload so there is no way for residents to use the app!

Residency Verification Not Working

Despite following the app’s directions AND customer service chat-bot, my phone’s camera will not scan and upload the bar code on the back of my driver’s license. Residency remains unverified.
