Horrible Navigation
I tried for over an hour to try and make a simple parking reservation in Arlington, Virginia, and finally had to stop and switched to another app. The navigation in this app is horrible and after you make selections for date and time, it is not saved anywhere and there is no obvious way to figure out what you did wrong.

Garbage app. Garbage customer support
Just click a button for a customer service and it points to non existing service. Apple, do something, this is on you. No surprise why the city I live in chose such an app for their parking services.
Booking doesn’t work
It does list parking lots around the spot you want to park and the rates may or may not be correct but the booking of parking definitely doesn’t work: keeps asking to confirm email even though it’s been confirmed
Horrible
This app won’t allow me to even create account. Garbage. Not even 1 star, but I had to pick 1 to warn you
Can’t reserve
The booking page is blank.
