Terrible app
I have to use this to park at a friend's apartment, and it's piece of garbage. None of the features work. It remembers my car but still makes me fill out the info every time. Doesn't actually email. I would give this negative stars if I could.

Tow Based
Why did you guys remove the confirmation plate. I entered a wrong letter and it cost me $236.41. That never happened before the change.

Never works properly
This has to be the absolute worst app I have ever had the misfortune of using.90% of the time you can’t get past step two so you can’t even register your vehicle completely never mind the preselect vehicle feature does not work you have to enter in your information every single time so not sure why it gives you the option to select a previously registered vehicle if you just have to enter it in again. Also when I go to the History it only brings up the very first parking pass. I have taken a screenshot every time I register my vehicle because I don’t feel confident enough in the Capability of this app to work as it should and register my vehicle every time. And I just pray that my car doesn’t get towed due to this horrible app not working properly. There is no reason this app should have so many problems. These are people’s vehicles, most of whom depend on them to get to work everyday so they can provide for their families and when your app fails to to the one thing it was designed to do you are costing families so much more than the $333 it cost to get their vehicle back from the tow yard within the 1st 24 hours and the inconvenience of the whole ordeal, you are costing them missed hours from work. I don’t live in one of those new fancy expensive apartment complex; I’m a single mother of 2 and like most in my apartment complex I don’t have $333 just laying around to get my vehicle back all because your app doesn’t work properly. Fix your app please before your app causes any more families to end up out on the streets.

App is Junk
This crashes, freezes and simply doesn’t work 75% of the time. This app has also cost me $498 in tow and storage fees. Research the apartments that use it before signing their lease.
One of the worst apps I have ever used
My friend’s apartment complex requires it, and that’s the only reason I use this app. It is one of the worst apps I have ever used.
Not good
1) Does not send email confirmation of your parking approval, no way to see it on the app either while it’s active. You have to screenshot it to remember/ have evidence of the time.
2) App has a “history” screen, but fails to remember any past parking. Useless
3) App should notify reminders about expiring times, but doesn’t. Likely in the best interest of the towing company rather than the person parking.
Overall useless app, several people get towed even though their parking guest registration is valid. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

If you have a loaner you should notify your community manager and ask for a special pass so you are not registering everyday! The app works fine and is intended for guest for an occasional visit from time to time.

Worst App Ever
This app is pure garbage. I’ve had to use this app every single day for the past 6 months to park in the guest spaces at my own apartment complex due to me car being in the shop for 6 months (Needed a new engine under warranty and due to covid still don’t have it yet) so I have to register the loaner vehicles on this app. It doesn’t properly save your info so I have to fill out all the info every single time instead of just selecting the vehicle from the list. The features of the app don’t actually work. I’ve been towed several times since using this app. It’s trash

Who coded this a 5-year old?
None of the settings work. Tried to turn on push notifications nothing. Tried to look at my parking history nothing. What’s the point of having a settings page if nothing is functional? Whoever coded this did a horrible job. This is clearly in an alpha, and should not be offered for consumer use.
