Bug - Invalid session token
I keep getting an “Invalid session token” on any form submission that I do. 2 places that I found so far are buying an Adult Single Ride pass and adding a name to my account.

Won’t let me buy passes
Have the app, I click “buy passes” and it closes out. Yippee! Now I get to go to the ferry early and stand in line for a paper ticket! Never been happier… said in complete sarcasm. Not sure if it’s a iOS 15.6 glitch or what but still not happy.

I already left a review before about my all day pass being gone within a hour of usage and now not only did it happen again but now the app is crashing whenever I purchase a ticket now I can’t go to work..this app needs help and I want to get my tickets back and i also purchased a ticket to take the bus home and it took my money but my pass never showed up. FIX THIS!!!

Super easy for car riders
It was just few second to purchase the fare ticket that i needed to buy. I loved how fast and easy to use this app was.
Passes Disappear
I’ve purchased passes for both ways more than once. And each time I’ve bought more than one ticket I loose them. When I look at purchase history there is nothing there. I’ve wasted more money on this app then I have on any other travel app before.

Tickets keep disappearing after I buy them. Bought an all-day pass today that only worked for a couple hours before it disappeared entirely and never showed as being purchased in the first place. Super glad to have wasted my money on your incompetent programming.
Very Buggy
This app would be fine but lately it’s been very very buggy. I can’t even tap on the activate button or even scroll down without the app just crashing. Trying to get the app to work while the bus driver looks at you like you’re trying to scam them is not a great experience. I bought my tickets, all I’m asking is for the app to let me use them.

Loses Fares
I’ve used this app a few times now and on multiple occasions I will buy a fare and see my card get charged, but then the fare is not available for use and never shows up. In addition, the purchase history is totally blank and never shows any fare information. Very frustrating when you’re standing at the bus stop with no other options and so you are forced to purchase another fare and hope that it works this time. In addition, there is no response from customer service when this happens. I recommend all Transit users stay far away from this app.

If you buy more then one pass at a time it will delete them all and still charge you
TICKET PURCHASE GONE
I BOUGHT A TICKET JUST BEFORE LEAVING HOME AND IT DISAPPEARED FROM APP. I was forced to buy another one while in line to get on ferry. My purchase history doesn’t show in app either. I have screenshots and video recordings all about this time with the app and my bank. I will contact my bank for refund.

Recent Update Eats Tickets
Once this app switched from “HopThru” to “Passage” it eats up tickets despite them being in the purchase history. I logged in and logged out for the purchase history to even be visible. I have wasted so much money already trying to get paratransit rides for a disabled family member. Fix this app!
App needs re-downloaded every time
I have to delete and re-download the app every time I go to use it.

Doesn’t Work
Tickets disappear, sometimes right after you buy them. I logged out and then in so it is now showing in my payment history but still no ticket.
