Low interest rates, great service!
I’ve had a couple personal loans from Patelco with low interest rates (7% for education and 5% for auto). I love their low interest credit card too!

Functions don’t work
let me start by saying their customer service is terrible. Ever since I have used the app I have not been able to use the deposit check function. They told me to delete the app and reinstall. That didn’t work. It gives me an error but doesn’t tell me what that error is. I’m in Texas so I can’t go to a location. Had to have a friend take a check back with him to San Francisco and the rep ended up giving him back the check and deposit slip. They had to call me asking where the check was and if it could be reissued.

I have his Patelco since 2013 at which time I went to Patelco because they were offering a good rate on auto loans and I had a loan that I want to save some interest remember the difference, but it was several points. That made me happy from there I’ve open and that’s where my bill pay goes they’re very good about helping you when there’s issue as I have had my account fraud so many times it’s embarrassing, but they come through and help me on each and every time. Thank you, Patelco.
