Good but could use work
I’ve encountered a few incidents where my notes are not uploading despite being on Wi-Fi and also trying cellular data. Support is limited. I assume this is because it’s Australian company and I’m in America but if you’re gonna cater to other countries, support should be available. It’d be nice to have someone to troubleshoot in the moment. I’m here waiting for my notes to upload.
8/2025: I was able to connect with the team. They resolved the transcribe delay and since then it’s been such a time
saver. I’m now out of work on time and not bringing yesterday’s notes into the next day. The customer service has been great, Darren was a huge help!

Very good but update not working
The software is really effective I really do like it but recent update needs to be fixed. Company does not have any contact info and does not communicate to clients well Here is hoping they receive the message .UPDATE. The company has reached and has been helpful in resolving the issue. I have revised my rating.

Crash
App crashes at least 2-3 /day for me and it loses all the data for that particular recording. Please update

User friendly interface that significantly cuts down our overhead time spent.
Time saver
Writing notes is my least favourite part of being a Physio. PatientNotes makes my days better! It’s easy to use, even for someone technically incompetent like me!

Clinical game changer
I’ve been using PatientNotes for 6 months and it has radically changed my approach to admin and clinical documentation. It helps me stay on top of patient communication through the clinical summaries generated individually from each appointment and easily generates any form of medical letter or referral. Hours are saved everyday by using this app.

Reliable compared to others
I’ve tried a few different AI scribe products out there and PatientNotes was clearly better. It was faster to transcribe and you can really customise it.
