Painfully slow and AI slop
This app is so painfully slow to load anything. It takes way too long to get in just to approve my timesheet. The UI is terrible. Who puts the menu behind a small circle on the BOTTOM LEFT corner?
And why does this app need an AI mode? Can we not destroy our environment with an HR app? Maybe make an intuitive UI instead of AI slopifying your app to make us ask where stuff is?

Too slow
It never loads
Expense reporting is clunky
This app/platform is not easy to use and is extremely inefficient for expense reporting. There is not a clear, easy way to upload receipts. Once you do upload a receipt, it takes several unnecessary steps to turn it into an expense. You can’t select multiple receipts and move them over to an expense report, you have to go through, one by one and fix them. If your expense report is rejected, you have to go through each expense, and manually resubmit each one. And that is from the web browser, not the app. There are several things this platform does that make it inefficient.
The developers need to try any other platform and streamline this software to make it work for busy people on the go.

Slow and requires WiFi connection
This app is not straight forward. It requires you to click through several menus in order to log a punch and is very slow to load between menus.
Doesn’t notify about schedule
Why would an app focused on scheduling people for their jobs not notify you about new or changing shifts??? It makes no sense. It’s a basic necessity.
UPDATE: I posted this review and received the response below. However, that would require every single change to be sent along with an email that the boss would have to write instead of the app just doing it itself, which is an expected feature from this type of app. I have never had this issue with any other app used for scheduling before. It should be automatically sent through the app instead of a random manual email.

The confirmation code never works and it takes me 5 mins to log in after I’ve entered the code in several times and entered in several new codes

Love how I can review my hours before getting paid in 2 days, if hours are not correct my company payroll takes a look and work it out, so it makes sense.

Too slow!
This is by far the worst app for clocking in for work. It takes far too long to log into it to clock in or out and sometimes it makes you late because the app doesn’t want to load!! Stupid APP!! But it’s maybe an easier for some HR or payroll to use. And maybe cheaper for the businesses.

This is an incredible app where I can do all things related to my role using my phone. It is great on the go and even for those quick last minute updates before we run payroll!

Still needs work
The app works, but the details are the problem here. For starters, when I login to the manager side it won’t refresh the drop down. It just spins and spins forever seemingly never telling me how many expenses, punch changes, etc… I need to review. When it finally shows numbers, they aren’t accurate yr as I already cleared all of them.
Second issue, expense approval makes it impossible to see the receipt fr my phone. You cannot zoom in using your phone, you must use their tiny buttons that are inconveniently now placed at the bottom of my iPhone screen right where you swipe up on the phone. So it’s been impossible to actually zoom in on the receipts.
Bulk approvals, every time I select items to bulk approve, for some reason others previously select d just deselect themselves. No reasoning I can see, just happens Nd I have to select again.
