Paycom issues
My main issue is with scheduling not only does it not tell you if your schedule changes or pushes notifications to remind you of your shift but I ran into a major bug that screwed me over and will get me in trouble with management because I checked the schedule after it was poster and it didn’t show me I worked a day so I took it’s word and then I ended up missing a day of work because after I missed the day it decided to appear in the schedule which really sucks fix this bug so I don’t have to screenshot my schedule each week just incase this happens again

FIX YOUR APP
I made ONE update and the entire user interface and settings have changed. PUT IT BACK!!!
Logging in is awful
Requires a “new password “ too often, when I want to quickly login and check something I am stuck negotiating an acceptable password for 10 minutes…so I give up on using the app

Takes forever to load and does not register punch outs even though the app says it did
Can’t believe people choose to use this program
I’ve never met one fellow employee who doesn’t HATE paycom. I’ve been locked out of my schedule and payroll because I have to reset a new password. Again. AND the website is refusing all my new password attempts with no reason or explanation. Super glitchy program that runs worse than my old dial up connection. Do better this is people’s livelihood.

Stop asking me to change my password every so often; I’m not interested in changing it. I set one up, and that’s the one I want to keep. It is annoying and tedious to be forced to change it, only to then have to figure out which of the many passwords you made me use is the right one to log back in.
Amazing App
The best HR and payroll app I’ve very used. Very user friendly and easy to use. The new app layout is modern, sophisticated and intuitive. I love how the system automates all pto, scheduling and expense decisions!

Terrible app
This app barely functions. It can take an incredibly long amount of time simply to give you a button to press or display a time. There is no Tech Support nobody to call for help.
