What junk
Compared to other solutions this is really bad. App is flaky displaying your expenses. Taking pictures of receipts works but does not automatically fill in amount, or vendor, etc.

Much worse than it was
Unfortunately the addition of pointless AI is making the app harder to use. Instead of just clicking “approve” and being done, I get to stare at the screen while I wait for an “agent is thinking” message to clear. This can take up to 60 seconds per approved expense. When I have batches of travel expenses to approve after hours I dread using Payhawk.

Not easy to use if I have more recepits
If I have to present more than 1 receipt, I need to upload all, not just one by one!!!!! It is repeating work for the same thing. Not a good app.

Wow, talk about rubbish. Not sure if it is the way our company has it set up, but scrolling through drop down menus just to find the expense type is exhausting. Why not just put a list in one place. Trying to claim a Per Diem, values don’t match?

This app is making me hate my life
I can’t understand why anyone would want to create this. It’s as if the app is designed to make people angry, sad or both. Upload a receipt that clearly shows a dollar sign? Default to euro. Upload 20 files all with the same text and category? Nope, it’s 15 taps PER RECEIPT!! Bulk upload receipt? Nope. Create a template or copy? Nope. Please just stop tormenting your users.

Slow w/downtime issues
This app is slow and doesn’t allow editing of expense names. I regularly have timeouts. Cannot edit the date of the expense when the app incorrectly sets the date. No response to online chat requests for help after 30 mins. “Typically respond in under 3 min”.
