After waiting long 7 months , still showing your profile is under review and the balance is ZERO, I don't have any types of loan, I don't have any credit cards and I don't have any Repayment issues with bank or any other services.
Worst service from customer service from Whatsapp and mail, after connecting still they are saying you are not eligible.

برنامج فاشل وسيء جدا وخدمه العملاء سيئه

للاسف مجرد اضافة شرط غرامة 50 ريال عند التأخر عن السداد اصبح العقد (((ربوي)))
تطبيق شكلي فقط وعنصري

لايحق لكم استخدام عروض التسديد الا على مزاج وكيف صاحب المحل يعني إذا صاحب المحل حب ان يخليك تقسط المبلغ انت فايز واذا ما حب يعطيك فأنت مجبور تدفع المبلغ كامل وحتى فريق التطبيق ما يقدرون يتدخلون.. فريق التطبيق شاطرين يوقعون قعود ويزيدون عدد المحلات في التطبيق لكن فعليا ليس كل المحلات الموجوده في التطبيق تقبل تقسيط المبالغ. بالمختصر تطبيق ضعيف ولا انصح حد ينزله لان الموضوع مزاجي وعنصري علي كيف الموظف اللي في المحل.

Thinks I’m in an Arabic speaking country. It won’t let me change the country code, so I can’t even enter my phone number. Awful fail of an app.

They don’t have system
They change my credit from 20k to 1.2k only and I sent all the documents they need to increase the limit again since February, Finley they replied with very poor answer.

I love this app
This app is easy to use and has a great interface. Simple easy payments and they increase your payment gradually based on your purchases. They do a great job on everything. The app doesn’t stutter and pays smoothly.
