When you put money in you can never redeem the money or buy anything with it don’t use this app what’s the point of it anyways just use revolute or a debit card paysafecard will not respond to complaints or care about their customers

It would be nice if you could top up from Apple if you had no choice if you couldn’t get the pay safe cards

The customer support is a farce they close your case without resolving the issue - do not deposit any funds as you will struggle to get them back. I am now over 3 weeks when they say it takes 3-5 days.
Refund Options
Genuinely not worth it doesn’t let you get a refund then sends a primark “voucher” that doesn’t work either.
Legitimate SCAM
Total scam guys.avoid at all cost.not reliable,no support,they charge you a lot and you have to wait long to receive your money.
They steal your money and then spend months making excuses for why you don’t receive your money back
Lol, seriously, just DO NOT do it. They are not worth all of the trouble. After I tried to cash out all the money that I put on a paysafecard voluntarily, MY OWN MONEY…first they gave the excuse that they cannot send it directly to my bank account, it has to be a check mailed to me. Fine, whatever, mail it to me. First they mailed it to an address I don’t live at, claiming “I verified” this address. No. I didn’t. I specifically stated through MULTIPLE emails, and the very FIRST email I sent I stated my mailing address, which was disregarded as they mailed it to a different address not even in the same county.
Then they claimed that the issuing bank would contact me to fix the address and get the check sent out to my CORRECT address.
That NEVER happened. So I proceeded to reach out to them again months later, and they claimed “your bank was issued the refund, and you can contact them”
….
I NEVER gave them my banking information. Because they claimed they couldn’t send it to my bank and had to mail a check…but I contacted my bank anyways, just to be sure….They had no idea what I was talking about. No refund.
So I address them again and ask them wtf, cause they’ve just ran me around with a dozen different excuses and still have not issued my refund to my own personal money.
They send another generic automated response about how the refund was mailed to the “verified” address….the address that most certainly was NEVER verified.
I’ve finally put it all down today, as my lawyer offered to look into them and figure it out. This site is beyond fraudulent, and they’ll do anything and everything they can to avoid accountability and keep your money.

Okay, paysafeCard, we need to talk, 😁 I genuinely enjoy your service but your app, oh My God. Its so plain and forgettable that i literally opened it other day and thought - wait! is it note app or calculator? Nope turns out its a FINANCIAL application. Who knew! There’s zero personality, zero wow factor, just a sad little interface sitting there doing the bare minimum. Come on, guys - you’re hadling people’s money. Thats deserved at least a tiny a bit a excitement. Please, hire a disigner, add some life to this thing, because right now using our app feels like watching paint in dry and slow motion. I believe in you. Do better. 🙏🏻

Completely mind blowing……. I lost access to the email address which I had registered to my account…. I’ve been going around in circles as I’m getting no response from paysafe what so ever , I have contacted them lost count of how many time and nothing also when trying to verify through my phone number not once have I received a verification text message……. I just tried again for the 10th time as I purchased two paysafe cards and cannot use them as I need to logs to my paysafe account when redirected from the retailer. Easeeee if anyone from paysafe reads this review please have the decency to try to contact me but remember it’s a waste of time sending me a email because… I HAVE LOST ACCESS TO MY REGISTERED EMAIL ACCOUNT. Omg seriously

didnt send a link to my email when i tried to reset my password and when i used my phone to reset it all a sudden sign in is unavailable.

It would be nice to turn my credit into a natural credit card to use, but it’s not available. My country in the UK needs to be made to the UK as soon as possible.

Doesn’t tell you it charges £3 just takes it off, doesn’t tell you what the annual limit is either.

Never buy this card
I purchased a PaysafeCard online, opened the app registered and uploaded the card. I have been unable to purchase anything using my card half the time I am unable to login and once you upload your pin, you can’t see it again to get help. This app should be marked for fraud.

I’ve been using this service for many years now, in this day and age companies can’t be trusted to secure our data. Using Paysafe allows me to pay for various products / services using cash without having to provide a credit card / address…
Best yet they don’t charge any fees for this service! in fact they decided to give back to their users this year (received €5 festive gift ~ thanks) would definitely recommend!

THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME
Bought a 50$ card. Never used it. Tried to use it today. Only 17$ left on card. I wrote an email the first time I tried to used it because it didn’t work on website 2 years ago. THEY SAID there WAS NO EXPIRATION DATE. THEY NEVER MENTIONED ANY FEES. I already paid a fee to get that card 2 years ago. I give - 10 stars for this FRAUD
