App and system as a whole work well but major issue in tech support

This app works very well and clients love it! Our company has many PDK systems deployed and we have only 2 issues. One is if your door controllers lose communication with the cloud node you clients WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF THIER BUSINESS. PDK has promised a fix with red controllers .

Very easy to use. I have used other Access apps/softwares in the past that you need a PhD to be able to use. PDK is far and beyond the best app and platform I have ever used.
