The app works like you would expect. Can order food and drinks for pick up or delivery. Can earn rewards points for discounts. Some other features. No recent problems.

Any time I try to do anything on the app it says it can't be done. Refuses to let me order or get delivery. Tells me my local store down the road isn't there. Too many bugs.

Everyone at my Peet’s is the coolest. Everybody always remembers me and they are so kind. I love using the app because it makes it so convenient when I’m heading to work.
Almost Perfect
Weekend Service wasn’t as good as Monday through Friday. Quite a bit of liquid was missing from my cup when I retrieved it from mobile order. I was short on time, so I didn’t go back, but I wasn’t pleased.
Food
What happened to the food . The new food is so horrible we all tossed it in the garbage yesterday . Gross

My favorite coffee shop. The app makes life easy. I love getting points to redeem for cheaper coffee and that you get a free coffee on your birthday!

Lok and Shane are the best. Always a great attitude, always a chill perspective… Hard workers. The place seems to function better when they are there.
