They are topping up your wallet account automatically without your consent. Instead of pay for a ride, you need to let them top up your account. The remained balance after the ride is never paid back, they stick with the rest of the money.

Esta aplicación toma dinero de su cuenta bancaria sin su consentimiento, le da opciones de alquilar scooter por minutos pero hacen cobros indebidos, tomando más dinero del que usted va a utilizar, luego al hacer una disputa se la negarán, incluso teniendo argumentos. LEA LAS RESEÑAS DE LOS QUE LAMENTABLEMENTE CAÍMOS EN ESTO! NO REGALE SU DINERO.

Won’t let you park
Says you must park in a designated area yet won’t tell you where the designated areas are even though you are trying to park beside all the other firms scooters. As such you are left for it to run out out of all your credit

Just back from Costa Adeje , downloaded the app whilst we were there , and scooter wouldn’t go after it took the money from us , wheeled it about 20 yards and then just left it where we picked it up . £8.50 from my bank for nothing , rip off
