ALWAYS NETWORK PROBLEM
Succesfully enrolled an account but when I exit the app and went back in, it says that it has network problem. I tried reinstalling the app but it won’t let me login anymore and it still prompts the network error even if my internet is runnig fast on high mbps and low ping. This app is such a hassle and difficult to use.

Login Issue
Hirap mag log in kapag gusto mo i check bill mo. Kahit ilang beses konang nilog in error padin. Kainins gamitin ang apps nato
I always need to login when opening the app.
If I don’t use the app for awhile, it logs me out. It is a hassle to login everytime I open this app. Hopefully your next update will keep us users logged in.
