I ordered two hoco dresses and filled everything out properly and my package was returned to sender, I contacted customer service and they said my refund will take around 4 months and if I want to order again I need to pay for express shipping so my package is prioritized. I was never contacted either so I need to find a hoco dress in a week and a half because I was unaware of the cancellation. 0/10

They do not tell you that they will charge you $18 to return items. Good luck trying to reach customer service. Not worth it.

Disappointed by the app’s association with creators who appear dismissive toward serious issues like SA. Platforms should be more careful about who they promote and should prioritize accountability and user safety.
Don’t bother paying for expedited shipping
I paid $30 for next day business delivery and it took them almost a week to send out my package. Contacted customer support who refused to provide a refund for the shipping cost. Terrible customer service and company
worst exchange/return system ever
Do not buy anything from here. It is so awful I have tried everything to exchange a dress but it’s like they want to do the least amount of work possible. So then I tried to return instead because the exchange system literally wouldn’t work and I would have lost 30$, so now im stuck with a dress that’s too big and the knowledge that I’ll never buy from this horrible company ever again.

I followed the instructions, downloaded the app, I created my account, got confirmed as a student, started my purchase, and never got the 15% student discount code that Peppermayo promotes in their website. I’ve reported it twice via customer service chat without any success. It’s disappointing.
Horrible Customer service
This place first of all has horrible sizing and horrible customer service. I had to return an item because I knew it wouldn’t for. I tried to cancel it before it was shipped out. It was shipped out anyways. And now I can’t return it and so I had to get my bank involved. I called multiple times left multiple emails and I received nothing. I’m very angry with this company.

Would make it a zero but I can’t. Don’t order from here they have terrible customer service and cannot ship for the life of them. I ordered three months before my prom and they said would ship early April and didn’t ship till very late May. Also I returned my order but they take 5 dollars off and also says it takes 12 dollars to print the label to send it back. Worst company ever never order from here!!!

I understand this is mainly a review for the app, but I just want to warn other people about how HORRIBLE this company is. They have 0 customer service and will take your money without sending you your items. The app itself crashes out often, most of the info you need isn’t on the app but on the website, and they all around do not care as a company about their customers. The only people who actually like this brand are the influencers who are getting paid to promote it, DON’T FALL FOR THE SCAM.

I ordered a dress from them and was so excited to receive it. It has been a month, still no tracking number. I have tried emailing multiple times and even called, no one picked up but I left a voicemail. No response. Never buying anything from them ever again.

i just ordered a really cute dress from here, so i have been checking the app for updates every couple days. why does the loading screen take centuries to load like 💔 it only actually loads after i tap it a ton of times (which probably does nothing) and it suddenly magically opens finally…
