Great app - takes long to connect machine
Great app but lots of bugs when connecting the keg machine. Also wish it gave you an estimate for how much time it will take for your beer to reach the desired temp

Lack of choice
There doesn’t seem to be A great choice of IPA OR bitters . Suggest Courage Directors , Brakesper Special . Plus numerous IPA s are you tied to one Brewery. ? Mainly Lagers.
Kegs
The beer is excellent I’ve only had one that leaked but in all the quality is sometimes better than pubs My favourite is Kwak but be careful 8.4
I’m finding though that you are running out very quickly I suppose it’s taken off better than you expected and now your having problems with demand Also variations have suffered I can only hope in the future you are able to keep up with the demand and of course keep the price down that’s most important start pushing the price up and your demand goes down

Wrong Temp & Machine Recognition
2 machines in a row are doing the same thing:
1. When the set point is at 36° the machine cools down to 35° and stays there. It will not ever stay at 36°.
2. Every time I open the app, it says that it cannot detect my machine. I have to open and close the app multiple times before the machine is actually detected.

Too many bugs in app
I’ve been trying to buy 3 kegs using the World Cup offer and it won’t let me add anything to my basket. The same thing happens when I try to buy in store.

A have two pro machines and it would be nice to see the information on the app at the same time. As I now have two accounts to see two machines

Widget doesn’t work if set to clear icons
Good app, but the widget which I was hoping to use just shows as a white box when icons on ios26 are set to clear.
App useless
My wife bought the perfect draft for Father’s Day and the first keg in worked perfectly with the app and I could turbo cool the keg. When finished I put a new keg in and the app still has the info from the last keg. Can’t rapid cool the new keg as the useless app still thinks the old keg is in the machine. If you Gona make a useful app try testing the thing before going to market or at the very least have a refresh button so the app can recognise a new keg. Now got to wait hours and hours for the new keg to be ready. Might as well go to supermarket and get some beers that will be cheaper and quicker to chill!!
