Got stupid scheme to pay for tokopedia virtual number instead of past the number into usual trabsfer they want me to go into section of pay bill! Who made this— he is non adequate. Terrible service !!
I’ve been trying to access my account for more than 11 days and I am still trying to! Called their customer support which is the most terrible support ever .. they just say the same thing and till this moment I can not open my account.. and I have all information! It’s a bug in their system and they just keep telling me wait 1 more day .. just terrible experience! Even when I went to their office they said the same thing ..

Baru reinstall eh mau login aja gak bisa mulu, keterangannya “we are currently having technical issue and working urgently to resume service”, untung udah gak pakai ini sebagai rekening utama, dulu cuma pakai ini karena gratis transfer aja. Sekarang banyak pilihan bank lain buat gratis transfer dan aplikasinya cukup stabil.

Saya ngga ngerti ya dgn aplikasi ini. Aplikasi ini cepet dan lancar kalau dibuka pake wifi doang, tp kalau pake data seluler selalu loading doang. Saya coba bandingkan dengan mbanking lain bisa dibuka bahkan dengan sinyal data seluler yg lemah. Tolong diperbaiki, permata ME ini udh jadi mbanking utama saya, tp gara gara kendala ini jadi saya pindah ke mbanking lain.
