Won’t track
This thing keeps going to battery saver and not tracking anything!!! I’ve tried to turn it off over and over and this stupid thing just won’t work. So frustrating. What am I even paying for.
Messy
My app and my device lag a lot. So sometimes it doesn't update me how much is charged. Or when my cat is out, it doesn't let me update his location to find him. So a lot of the times is completely useless. I don't know if I need to ask for a new machine. Or if I'm doing something wrong. But charging is confusing and the app is confusing and slow.

Not a great product
Really wanted a great tracker so i felt safer to let my cat outside, was fine for a few days until it was showing my cat travelling 7 miles from my house within minutes. Contacted support and the suggestions did not work and the problem persisted. Then my cat lost the collar, it was over 30% battery when lost, and I could not find it as the location kept jumping around a 30ft radius and then it just powered off at 9% and is lost forever. Total had it for approx 2 weeks, would not purchase again. Inaccurate tracking, unreliable. Now I’m also stuck paying a subscription for it.

Dont buy
If you gonna change your phone you gonna loose everything - cant add to the device to the other phone. Customer service is a chatbot. Forget it. UPDATE 1/11/2025 IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION THEY STILL CHARGING ME!!!
Not accurate
I’d had this app for two months now. It tracks my cat going to our old address and back multiple times a day. That would mean our cat crosses 4 lanes of highway traffic. Not to mention it will show him at the old address and then 10 minutes I see him inside our new house. Our old house is a 5 minute drive away. I’ve reset and reinstalled the app several times. I’m also having a hard time getting the battery settings to last. I’ll select battery saver mode and it says the change is saved. Next day it’s back to normal tracking mode. Not impressed with this service.

The app is easy to navigate so far it seems to be working. One concern is the send beep function works on and off, many Off

Tracker Problem
Every time I go to check my dogs location, it always shows it is loading and it takes for ever to load. Even when I’m on WiFi it is still bad an updating location. I will order another tracker to try because this is not working for me. A waste of money.
Life saving
Petloc8 is amazing. I always know where my dog is. She ran away a few weeks ago to a lake nearby and I found her thanks to this amazing app!

Great product
User-friendly app. I have two dogs, one of which is very active, so I had to buy a GPS tracker to keep track of her when we go out of the city.

The product is very good with tracking pet however you must play around with it to get a good feel for it. There is not much of a tutorial or instructions so you must be patient.
