Problems about the app
I’ve had problems to where I keep on having to get new cards on my money is not being put back on my My Account account that is being took transactions that I’ve screenshot it when I’m waiting on my card for two months hasn’t even showed up on my account I can’t get help from Pex at all it’s like they won’t help with nothing at all. They can’t never do nothing. They never have a supervisor I’ve been dealing with disputes that I’m still waiting on for the last two months. now my car is blocked and has been blocked for two weeks now and they seem to not be able to get it unblocked

Bad UI
Every time you enter note, it says successfully entered right over the button for "Edit Tags" so you always have to wait until that notice disappears before you can edit tags. It drives me absolutely nuts. How has an update not fixed this yet????

I been to the work force twice a whole week has passed and they still have not put the 20$ gas stiffen on the card!

The agents that work for Pex must be former auctioneers. They talk so fast you can not understand them.
When you order a Pex card it takes a week to create it and then 10 days to ship it to you.
Recommend the slow the talk and speed the shipping.

The Face ID option was really great. Why did you take it awa?

I wasn't happy finding out you guys don't let us get money out and we can't use cash app and also some apps so but its ok I guess so thanks though
Who designed this interface?
Godawful user interface. Could be so much more streamlined, but no. Doesn’t even have basic grammar, such as auto-initial caps, when entering notes. This must have been designed by a large committee of people who don’t have to use the app.

Great app and card
This is a great app for a PEX card as it gives you an instant balance and shows the vendor. I have this to the employees of my company for allotted expenses and the like it also. A great app if you have kids and want to check in on what they purchase.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen for reconciliation of receipts. A waste of time and energy.
Clunky
Uploading and categorizing a receipt takes 14 clicks. And all the buttons are in weird places. Super dumb
