Great idea but it doesn’t work
I love the idea, but the app and website just don’t work. The app wouldn’t allow me to input my home address, defaulting to my neighbours. I put in the notes to please deliver to the correct address and hit confirm, a spinning circle briefly appeared and nothing happened. I tried multiple times, nothing.
I then spoke to the chat support who told me to try on the website, I managed to put in the correct address there and confirm the order but it couldn’t find a rider, and after 5 minutes cancelled the order. I tried this three times before realising that my card had been charged three times. Support say the money’s just blocked on my card, I hope they’re correct, but this is still quite an inconvenience if so.
For reference, I’m on London, you’d expect of all places they’d be drivers available here.

App UI makes it impossible to register
No driver on the platform
Tried the app for the first time and they cancelled three times and no driver is available
Can’t create an account
Seems the app does not auto size for an iphone8. It’s asks for last name and when I go to the next step it says I need to complete the required fields which implies the first name is hidden or behind the individual or business buttons. Shocking!

App is buggy - can’t use favourites, can’t request a callback. Test the damn app before you release it!

Download the app and use my number to sign up, received the message when I enter l it say wrong code, and did the same again and it says number it already exist, so I have tried to log in using my number, got the code and when entered the app just crashed and closed

MY NEW FAVOURITE APP
Last year, when I visited Vietnam I was absolutely fascinated by the fact that the local ride-sharing app offered the chance to let a parcel do the same type of trip they offered their customers and I was astonished by the fact that the leading apps here in London didn’t offer a similar type of deal, without completely emptying your wallet. Today, someone I care about was having a horrible time at work and I wanted to send them a warm casserole of homemade lasagna so I looked into the options and I’m absolutely the happiest to have found this wonderful app that allowed me to courier it directly to his front door for a reasonable price and have the delivery man helping me making it a surprise for them. I don’t understand why this app isn’t already super famous, probably because they don’t have enough advertising funds as the others, but for me it should already be leading the industry cause it’s just as valid as the big names. Thanks again for making somebody’s day super special.

Convenient!
First time using the service due to the lockdown, had to get some docs from one side of London to the other. Pickup and drop off was hassle free. I previously would use Uber to courier letters or items I needed urgently, but this service is cheaper and fit for purpose. App works like Uber, simple to use. Keep up the good work. 👍

Very convenient
Peyk is very convenient and always a life saver specially during the quarantine times. They can pick up anything whether its from a pharmacy, grocery or even your friends house. Well done guys!
Bad interface, many bugs, my papers were not delivered
The interface is quite bad, have experienced many bugs, quite uncomfortable to use. Quite clearly the app was not tested properly.
UPDATE my papers were not only not delivered, but also were lost. I cannot see anything on the app and the rider disappeared.

Life saver
What a brilliant idea, I forget something at home or at a friends house nearly every day. This service saves so much time, money and energy. The fact that it operates 24/7 also means I can transfer parcels late at night which is a total life saver
Bright future for this app
I tried the app to send an urgent letter and, although the app is still in development and miss some key features like ETA, it was a brilliant service!
App is well designed, user friendly. The app does what it says on the tin. I called Customer Service to get an ETA from driver and they provided it to me quickly and accurately (saying this feature is being built as we speak).
Give it a go.
