Great idea but it doesn’t work
I love the idea, but the app and website just don’t work. The app wouldn’t allow me to input my home address, defaulting to my neighbours. I put in the notes to please deliver to the correct address and hit confirm, a spinning circle briefly appeared and nothing happened. I tried multiple times, nothing.
I then spoke to the chat support who told me to try on the website, I managed to put in the correct address there and confirm the order but it couldn’t find a rider, and after 5 minutes cancelled the order. I tried this three times before realising that my card had been charged three times. Support say the money’s just blocked on my card, I hope they’re correct, but this is still quite an inconvenience if so.
For reference, I’m on London, you’d expect of all places they’d be drivers available here.

Bad UI
App UI makes it impossible to register
No driver on the platform
Tried the app for the first time and they cancelled three times and no driver is available
Can’t create an account
Seems the app does not auto size for an iphone8. It’s asks for last name and when I go to the next step it says I need to complete the required fields which implies the first name is hidden or behind the individual or business buttons. Shocking!
