I have been using this app for 4 years and its just now starting to act up, i can not sign in using face ID it crashes once i sign in
Poor app
Won’t allow me to use Face ID even though I activate each time I log on. I always have problems logging in with password so I set up Face ID but it doesn’t work.

Unable to get into my account
Was doing great. Until today when I was trying to make a payment and it says wrong email and phone number. So now I can’t get into my account.

No matter how many times I reset my username and or password it still will not let me in…

Was a great app..
It was a great app initially. I’ve been using for almost 2 years but it seems a few months ago some updates started coming out and now it doesn’t show how much I owe for that month or when it’s due…which is the whole point of the app.
Poor design
This app is terrible there’s no place to make partial payments on your loan it’s inconvenient when it should be everything you need in one spot! Poorly designed
Can not sign in
No matter how many times I try to sign in, I get an error message. I can sign in on the website just fine so I know I have the right email and password. This app is useless if not fixed.

Worked fine at first and was cool. Then one day it just keeps giving the login error. I’m also getting it on the website which is odd

I’ve tried five days to make a payment as usual on mobile app.. says retry… username and password doesn’t match.
I finally had to call the office to make payment! I always use the app! Please check… I reinstalled… nothing!

I try 20 time resetting my password, call directly to IT and nothing
Login issues
I cannot login back in my profile for the life of me. I made one payment and then logged out, now im unable to enter it again. So I thought that i just forgot my password and went to the website to create a new one but all that does is reroute me back to the login screen once you click the “forgotten password” email link. Support refuses to help me and just say there are other ways to make payments.

Log In Bug
There’s a bug that won’t let me log in needs improvements ASAP.
Poor Quality App Since Updated
Cant log in.. try to reset password and you get unable to reset password. Uninstalled and Reinstalled.. Still can’t login to my Account! I rate this App -(minus-5⭐️’s).
Login Issue
Created an account February 2019. The app was great until I went to make payment in August and I received an error message unable to access account. So I attempted to reset password but received error unable to send password reset at this time. I have been contacting my local branch since August just to make my payment. No one seems to know how to fix this issue. What’s the purpose of this app if it does NOT work after you guys completed an updated version.

I would of given this app 5stars but I go to pay my note and they automatically save my card to the app and then I try and erase my info and it won’t allow me the reps at the branch are just as clueless they aren’t even capable of routing u in the right direction smh complete garbage

Created my account and everything was fine made my payment logged out, then went I went to make a payment this time it’s keeps saying “unable to log in. Please try gain” I’ve tried it for the past few days and still says the same went on the website no problem. Please fix this.
