Worthless

I had high hopes, but this app has failed! It does not work at all!

Nonfunctional

Seems like the city created this app to make a barrier for tax-payers to submit service requests because it simply does. Not. Function. You literally cannot submit a request. Absolute trash.

It doesn’t work!!!

Just like the city’s administration, totally diss functional app, buggy, it doesn’t work. Why am i not surprised…

Ugg!

Ugg! I logged this as one star but it somehow got changed to 5 stars.

Ugg! I rated this a one star, but it was logged a 5:(

Terrible. Overly complicated and buggy.

Preset categories are useless, often shoehorning requests to wrong Dept, but there is no option to select correct Dept.

Form has too many, unnecessary questions and makes submitting a project rather than a quick and easy report.

Map is difficult to use and frequently fails to find/ select correct location.

App freezes and needs to be restarted when you submit more than one request in a session.

The response windows are ridiculously long. It would be more accurate to list ‘we just won’t check this out.’

Simplify this. Let me upload a pic or two and describe the location and situation.

Horrible

It’s practically unusable. The most hilarious part is that it advises you to download the app when you open it.
