Never trust
I never wrote a review before but i am thinking to write now. Never trust this laundry service. I gave my two blankets trusting them but they took like 10 days for delivery and still the blankets are given to me without washing. So guys dnt trust them.

Awesome laundry service. You have an option here to pay for your laundry by donating your brand new clothes. Although you are not asked to choose your payment mode in this case. I have had the privilege to pay for my laundry by donating my new clothes 3 times in 3 months. The support is awesome. So awesome that they don’t have time to provide a resolution to your problems. But they will surely say they would call back. Although they never call back but I understand as they are so busy stealing clothes.

App Optimization & Support Issues
The application has not been properly optimized, there are multiple errors while using. Also, they offered support services in between 8 am to 10 pm as mentioned details on the landing page but they only provide support till 9pm as per the call auto-responder.
Worstttttttttttttt service ever
I wish I had read these reviews before downloading this app and wasting my money on laundry. They stained my white T-shirt and returned my new white trousers as they were, even though I had sent them for dry cleaning. The next day, I complained to customer care, and they promised to call me back, but I never received a call back. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the trouser stain immediately, and when I complained later, they simply said it had been more than a month and they couldn't do anything. It's frustrating how this laundry service ruined my clothes and didn't take responsibility.
Please have some sense of responsibility or shut down your service rather than spoiling people's clothes.

Absolutely fraud
App says minimum order 250/- then when you book the order you get a call saying that it will have be 1000/-
When you question this response is you do what you want to. Absolutely fraud people. No professional attitude at all.

I am very satisfied with overall experience with PickMyLaundry.
Very responsive and quick turn around. I needed my laundry done in a few hours and they did not disappoint.

Highly unprofessional and pathetic service
They burnt my blanket and dispatched it without informing the same. Such a horrible and pathetic service. Being a loyal custoner since 3 years, not its time to moveon other service privider. U guys disappointed a lot.
Worst service
I gave my clothes for laundry on 21st of August with delivery slot selected of 23rd of August.
I’m writing this review on 28th August.

Avoid - do not use this service
1. The app itself is broken, and doesn’t allow you to set your delivery / pickup location.
2. The pickup driver missed the pickup window, with no communication until after the window had passed, and was difficult to coordinate with to have the laundry picked up.
3. They tried to deliver the laundry days earlier than the scheduled window - when no one was home, and were upset when they couldn’t deliver.
4. Because the app is broken, you have to pay cash. The service was insistent that I Whatsapp them pictures of the cash I was going to pay them with before issuing a new delivery driver.
5. On the scheduled delivery day, they showed up early - and called to come down and meet them - but had gone to the wrong address.
This idea works elsewhere, with other companies. But Pick My Laundry is far more trouble than its worth to actually have your laundry picked up and delivered.

Never use this app
They are not here to do business. They are here to harass you. No one will come to pick up on committed time, then delivery may come or not is up to God. They stop picking calls and have only a mail address with static reply for complaints. I am waiting for my shoes to be delivered back since 6 days and it seems they have lost these.

Pathetic
In Gurugram using this app since past 2 years after the initial period, clothes repeatedly come as stained and are even replaced/stolen by being replaced by a handkerchief instead of original clothes. The concept of delivery and pickup on time is illusional. Nothing can beat the pathetic customer sales lead by a jeetendra who has no idea who hired him and never responds to emails or calls, his standard response is he will get back, which he never does. Highly disappointing and actually afraid of losing clothes as have instead of own set of expensive clothes received the handkerchief 4 times

Order delayed always
They never deliver on time, always over promise and under deliver. Also, people within the organisation don’t know about the processes or what is happening. This is prpbably the 3rd or 4th time that my order is delayed. And they won’t even do anything about kt.
Pathetic application
Pathetic application build it doesn’t know whether the address in the service area or not, About your service, I have no experience to write a review on however your application need to upgrade, it should not entertain the address where you guys don’t provide service. That can save people time instead of taking the order then cancelling I don’t think that’s a good service

No accountability
Their basic offering is ok but there is no accountability for errors including loss of clothes. Even for long-term customers, no one cares to even get back after repeated complaints; instead they keep passing the buck to other internal departments in their company.
Refused to give the invoice
It’s been 2 months that they have been delivering my laundry in Sheikh Sarai without the bill. They’ve been charging GST and when I asked them for a GST bill they would refuse saying printer is not working. Every time they would generate the bill after I pressurise them to. This is the classic scheme of companies who manipulate and steal taxes. I had to hold the payment to get my last invoice mailed. And this time they clearly said we can’t give you an invoice. I have no problem with the soft copy also but that too you have to fight to get.
Beware of such apps and please ask for a GST bill when you are paying GST.

Very poor service
My order was delivered late, was very poorly ironed and sloppily folded, and the delivery rider did not have adequate change.
Poor quality of service
My friends from Delhi sang their praises so I tried it in Gurgaon once. The whole experience was pathetic. I ordered dry cleaning on Saturday and scheduled delivery was on Tuesday night. On Tuesday evening, they delayed it to Wednesday. On Wednesday they delayed it again. I had an important meeting on Thursday morning so I called customer support. I asked them to return the items as they were if they can’t deliver it by Thursday morning 10am. They promised that and then the delivery guy showed up at 11:30. I missed my meeting and had to take a day off from work.
