Bonne surprise malgré les avis négatifs lus
J’ai hésité à installer l’application au vu des nombreux avis négatifs mais personnellement aucun soucis avec l’application pour la commande de TukTuk Moto ou voiture pour des petites distances en tt cas . Oui le prix varie à la fin car il s’agit d’une simple estimation (trajets entre 200 et 1000 roupies en général variation allant jusqu’à 200 ou 300 roupies ) mais par rapport au fait que ça dépanne vraiment ce n’est pas problématique (les tuktuk hors appli chargent bcp plus aux touristes de toutes façons

Basic app functionality issues
There’s a few issues with application account settings being completely non responsive. When selecting delete account, nothing occurs and there’s no way to report an issue. When visiting their privacy policy, the email associated with their policy returns an address not found
Scam
We are in Eliya trying to have a car. We lost the time for the hike because the drivers call and ask for more money or they even show up and if you refuse to give more money, they cancel. The whole thing feels like a scam.
This app does not work
I was quoted 5 mins and driver then said he would be 23 mins then he called and said he had arrived. It’s still showing 22 mins pickup after 10 mins. Useless app
What is going on??!
I always prefer to use pickme over uber because I want to support the local economy. Unfortunately the app makes it very difficult, it constantly glitches does not show accurate location and eta of drivers and has gotten progressively worse. Please get your act together.

Good app, helped in my travels within Sri Lanka. Needs improvement, E.g., Tuk tuks can start trip before reaching the pick up location. At times the fares were very high, compared to other well known apps.
Massive hassle
Most drivers in popular locations and ask for 4-5 times the price.
Not Great
Although it is the only game in town when it comes to ride sharing apps, the drivers always call you and ask where you are even though a map literally shows them. They never show up on time. They occasionally ask you to pay with cash even though it’s set up for card. And they accept rides before knowing where you are going. If it’s far they get concerned and ask you to cancel so it doesn’t hurt their rating. Which is obnoxious because they should have just no in the first place and not accepted.

Terrible app
The location system is very laggy and drivers almost always cancel trips or can’t find you, the home function on the app takes you to a wrong address which isn’t even your home address at all.
Use uber anywhere possible because they are much cheaper and reliable, Pick me is 2X the price on everything.

Drivers scam you!!!
The app is easy to use. But when I request a tuktuk in the areas of Sigiriya and Ella the drivers will call and ask for a higher cash price than what is stated on the app. And if you disagree, they will cancel your request. And when you get a lot of cancelled request, you get BANNED from the app. The whole app is a total scam because of the drivers!! Total garbage!!!

Estimated price can easily drop to double. Terrible. It doeasnt serve purpose at all.
Does not support for damaged goods even you are in Platinum membership
I opened a support ticket for damaged item which is a spare part for my vehicle. My brother handed over the item while I was waiting for the part to fix a breakdown 43km away from Colombo. Since the item had not left the pickup area after 1hr, I managed to contact the bike driver through pickme hotline (because he was not answering my direct calls). Then my brother went there and took the package and we realised it had been dropped and damaged. PickMe acknowledged the item was damaged but shortly after they closed the support ticket without any feedback. I was also charged 8.87 km from my card. Please be careful when you deliver items using this service.
