The location system is very laggy and drivers almost always cancel trips or can’t find you, the home function on the app takes you to a wrong address which isn’t even your home address at all.
Use uber anywhere possible because they are much cheaper and reliable, Pick me is 2X the price on everything.

Drivers scam you!!!
The app is easy to use. But when I request a tuktuk in the areas of Sigiriya and Ella the drivers will call and ask for a higher cash price than what is stated on the app. And if you disagree, they will cancel your request. And when you get a lot of cancelled request, you get BANNED from the app. The whole app is a total scam because of the drivers!! Total garbage!!!

I opened a support ticket for damaged item which is a spare part for my vehicle. My brother handed over the item while I was waiting for the part to fix a breakdown 43km away from Colombo. Since the item had not left the pickup area after 1hr, I managed to contact the bike driver through pickme hotline (because he was not answering my direct calls). Then my brother went there and took the package and we realised it had been dropped and damaged. PickMe acknowledged the item was damaged but shortly after they closed the support ticket without any feedback. I was also charged 8.87 km from my card. Please be careful when you deliver items using this service.

Ordered a 550 LKR milkshake and the bill ended up being nearly 800 LKR. That’s a 43% markup in 'stealth fees.' A 55 LKR 'Convenience Fee' just to use a buggy app? A 'Fuel Surcharge' in May 2026 when the crisis already ended? And a 'High Demand' fee just because it's lunchtime? You guys are basically a digital highway robbery service at this point. I’m not paying for a delivery; I’m paying for your corporate overhead. Deleting the app and moving to Uber or ordering direct. Absolute scam

Rude and Dangerous Drivers and Disappointing Customer Service
One night, I booked a ride on a pick me tuk tuk. And all of a sudden, on my way home, the driver started scolding me and threatening me for no reason.
Then, the driver stopped at the incorrect location, stating that it was the location on the phone and that he is not going to go anywhere but there ( I had entered the correct location and had been dropped there previously by other drivers )
As I requested to be dropped at the correct location, he started to shout at me saying that he won’t be dropping me at the safest location. This driver was seriously threatening me and it was in the middle of the night at an unknown and dark location. I was honestly terrified. These drivers are absolutely disgusting and pathetic and have no respect towards their customers. I’m not sure why this company keeps these dangerous gangster type drivers to serve their customers.
Immediately I called the customer service and filed a complaint. They got an explanation of the situation and told me they would call me the following day.
After they called me the next day, they got the details on what happened and they never gave me an update on what will happen to future rides. It was very disappointing and I’m pretty sure that they have taken zero action against the driver or warned him. I was not assured at all other than them saying that it won’t happen again. It was unsatisfactory.
I will never ever book a ride with this app ever again! It is very risky and dangerous and I would also request everyone to re consider and think about what sort of risk they are taking.

Irresponsibility
The driver didn't even pick me up and charged me a lot of money. The company ignored my help. I will never use it again. Uber is better to use for foreigner.

Truly disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pick Me Food. I placed an order for my family on New Year’s Day, expecting a smooth and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened.
The rider reached near my house but couldn’t locate the exact address. Instead of contacting me properly or attempting delivery again, the order was simply marked as “delivered,” which is shocking because I never received it.
What’s even more frustrating is the response from customer service. When I reached out for help, I was told that nothing could be done. This is completely unacceptable — I paid for food that I never received, and there was no effort to resolve the issue or offer a refund.
Is this really the level of service Pick Me Food provides to its customers? Marking undelivered orders as completed and refusing to take responsibility is not just poor service — it’s unfair.
I strongly urge the company to improve both its delivery handling and customer support, because this experience has completely ruined my trust in your service.
