No help when someone doesnt pay you back

I wish there was more support for when someone disappears or refuses to pay you back.

Great App. Excellent customer Service!

I looked at a few options for an app to track family to family loans. This app is definitely the most user friendly and has a great UI. I had an issue creating my first loan and customer service was excellent and resolved my issue perfectly. Looking forward to using the app more going forward

Significant delays in payment processing

The app documentation states that card payments will be deposited to the recipients account in 1-4 business days. It’s now been 11 business days and the funds are still sitting somewhere in limbo with Pigeon. Beware if it’s a bank to bank transfer (not credit card)…processing will take even longer, up to 3 weeks! This deviates significantly from other payment platforms. Not sure why Pigeon does this. They were getting my $7.99/mo already for the convenience of in-app payments, but now I’ll just cancel that feature, use Venmo for the payment, then log the manual payment in Pigeon for free. They’re really shooting them selves in the foot.

Simple & Great Features

Pretty easy to use, not having to remember to bug or reminder people who owe me money is great. Also has a ton of cool features like the ability to delay interest accrual on a loan or generating a contract if you need it. Customer support is also TOP NOTCH, they’re always online and have helped with every question/request I’ve had under the sun. Liking Pigeon a lot so far!

Outstanding Loan Platform & Customer Service

I’ve been using Pigeon Loans for a few months now. The app is so simple and straightforward. After the first deposit, funds arrived really fast after 2 business days. This app does a great job organizing loans and keeping everything on schedule with payment reminders. Lending and borrowing money from friends and family is now less stressful.

Above all those get things, customer service is superb. Throughout my time with Pigeon Loans Brian has always been able to answer my questions in a very timely manner. There was even an issue recently with my account. I emailed support and literally within 10mins on a Sunday Brian fixed the issue. That is AMAZING dedication to this project. The Pigeon team is awesome and I highly recommend trusting them to facilitate your lending/borrowing needs!!!

We wanted to do a loan with a family member, but didn’t want to hassle with tracking interest and payments. The pigeon app makes it super easy and let’s our family member take care of everything on their own in the app!

Loans Between Family or Friends

Pigeon Loans is an amazing service that makes it super easy to create loans between friends! It's packed with features that make payments a breeze, whether you're in the app or offline. Plus, it keeps you in the loop with regular notifications. I absolutely love it and gave it a five-star rating in the app store! One suggestion to make it even better would be to add a feature to download a PDF copy of the agreement. This could be a handy reference, just in case. And wouldn't it be cool if Pigeon Loans could integrate with a service like "courtlinked.com"? Just a thought!

Perfect for loaning to friends!

I wanted to pay off some credit cards, but with interest rates so high, I talked to a friend. We negotiated a deal with a higher interest rate than his savings account and lower than my credit cards. This app made it so easy!

Responsive and easy to use 😍😍

Amazing UI, even snappier than the web app. I had to make a loan to a family member for holiday travels. Pigeon made it really for me to set up a loan and repayment plan for my sister. I love it so much more now that I can monitor payments on the app since I don’t get on the computer much.

Awesome App

Loaning money is always tricky but Pigeon makes transactions between friends and family so easy. Their reminders feature helps me avoid annoying conversations with my brother.
