Developers need to fix issues
Great content…if you can view it. Many of the programs have multiple paragraphs to read, but scrolling doesn’t function. Could watch/listen to the videos, but those don’t load either. Some challenges require a typed response, but there’s a limit to character count and I can’t get a full sentence in.
Overall, pleasant design and features. Too much broken background code to motivate me to use the app daily.

App issues
I received my device, added the app, but the app crashes every time I open it. I have deleted and reinstalled it and still nothin. It also makes my phone act crazy when the app crashes so I had to remove it from my phone.
Needs Higher Nicotine Count
The app only goes up to 36mg of e-juice. Some of the devices listed like the JUUL use 50mg per millimeter pods. I don’t know if I can actively quit smoking if it doesn’t work with what I have.
Smoke free.
I started my pivot journey somewhere back in June. It’s a very powerful tool to become smoke free! I quit for almost two months and temporarily had a slip up do to circumstances. But with my full heart I want to thank pivot for helping me get back on track. I am now once again 72 hrs into smoke free. Love to all of my pivot community and my coach for all of the support ❤️❤️❤️

Won’t connect
App paired with sensor once disconnected when the battery died and now pairing always fails. Tried resetting device with paper clip like recommended and I hear the button click but nothing happens and it doesn’t reset. Very disappointed.
My boyfriend has been benefited greatly by Pivot
This program has helped my boyfriend significantly with his nicotine withdrawal. The patches and gum that are provided for free make his craving almost nonexistent and at a level that he chooses. If you ever wanted to cut down or quit nicotine, I recommend this program it’s a life changer. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Tried signing up but the next button doesn’t work once the information is entered. Support told me to download the app and try again but the app redirects to the same page that doesn’t work.

Difficult to cancel
I viewed the information for a week, and have submitted a request to cancel subscription with no response yet. The only response so far is to charge me for the next week. No good at all

This program really works!! It’s a way to slowly taper smoking with assistance from a life coach and NRT. Highly recommend!
Crash diet approach to quitting smoking
I liked the app/sensor combo at first, but after a bit I realized that they’ve literally applied a crash diet/behavioral weight loss approach to smoking cessation. Decades of research that crash diets don’t work and yet they did it anyway.
App Crashing
I just got my device in the mail and I was excited to start using it, but I can’t sync it with my phone because the app keeps crashing. Always power cycled phone and deleted then reinstalled the app. Still can’t get in.

I just started this program am I really like it alot. It is very informative and has lots of good ideas. So far so good!!!
Price is too high
The fact that they are taking people at their worst and charging an absurd amount of money for a small bit of assistance is EXTREMELY DEMOTIVATING this company clearly is out for their own interest and has no urge to actually HELP PEOPLE
Great app With many tools to help you quit smoking.
This app is very good. It combines multiple tools to help you quit smoking so you can find the right ones for you. It offers a coach who interacts with you and can keep you accountable and motivated plus provide valuable information tailored to what you need to quit smoking.They have a graph which shows your CO2 levels which shows your wake up and bedtime samples. I do wish they had a similar graph to show your number of cigarettes per day so you can watch progress easily.

Couldn’t get on
I downloaded the app and was never able to get on. Just kept saying servers not responding. So I deleted it and got something else.

Won’t allow users with disabilities to use it for free. Can’t hear and speak yet it insists I subscribe. This app stinks of selfish cigarettes
