Cant even use it
The app crashes everytime i add the hut bundle when i go to make the pizza it just backs out of the deal its been a problem for years i thought it would have been fixed by now but its not i cant even get points for my orders
App bug
Trash, caught in a loop entering my phone number but unable to scroll down to enter the code. Looks like Papa Murphy’s instead of Pizza Hut tonight.
Can’t Sign In
Can’t even get past the “enter code” screen. There’s no way to hit enter and it doesn’t automatically enter once all numbers have been entered so, can’t sign in no matter what.
Won’t take my payment
The website will not take my payment info, there’s a “error”. So I downloaded the app and it still won’t take my payment so I have to call them to place an order every time. It’s so annoying.
It won't let me order half the time
Half the time you try ordering it freezes up at the payment screen then won't let you checkout. Even if you close the app and re open it you still can't order. Most the time I just end up ordering dominos instead cause at least their app works.
Extra charge
I ordered on the Pizza Hut App, went to pick up my food, took it home and ate. No problem. The problem with the app is when I get a notification that the amount went up a dollar for no apparent reason. There was no new notification of why I was being charged more for my order that had already had a total I paid for.

Broken App
There is no option to redeem gift my pizza hut gift card.
Faulty layout
After updating the app I can’t get past the first screen. It’s making me enter my phone number or email to get a code but once I enter my information the screen to enter the code will not let me scroll, so I cannot enter the code. So it looks like I’m back on the website instead of using the app.
Doesn’t have my address
I used to love the app, but it doesn’t have my location anymore, even though my Pizza Hut is still open
Points
I used my points but couldn’t get to the restaurant I ordered from because of work reasons but they never gave me my points back and sent the info twice they asked for to get my points back but never did
Not working
App has my correct phone number but local Pizza Hut has an old one and I never get my points. No way to combine or update it seems. Very frustrating.

The app is does update to status of order and lists inaccurate delivery times
App doesn’t work right at all
Doesn’t send confirmation for your order just charges your card doesn’t show up on app. It did go through but if the store said they never got the order I would’ve only had the charge on my card. Better off going into the store in case you have a problem
Can’t sign in?
Why is there no option to sign in? The app only makes me create an account but says I already have one.
Obviously, they don’t want business
Every other pizza place on Earth lets you add extra cheese as a topping without trying to rip you off. But apparently, that’s too much to ask here.
Then you go into the app, take the time to figure out exactly what you want, add everything to your cart, and think, “Okay, I’ll place the order when I get off work.” You come back later, and they’ve completely emptied your cart because it “expired.”

The app is well laid out for purchasing. But doesn’t take accidents or customer questions into consideration at all. I once got someone else’s order completely and there was no way to report it or get my money back. Just stuck with food no one wanted.
No new customer promo code💔
First time download/order.. no welcome promo/discounts offered at all.. disappointed.

The app almost never works when I want it to and always having problems. Went to delete and redownload and can’t even get it to download now. Not sure why but seems there’s always an issue.

Prices keep going up and the food doesn’t get any better
New update unusable
I use to love the app but they just did an update. Now I had to put in a code sent to my phone but the screen won’t scroll so you can’t login. It’s stuck on the screen to put in the code. I can put in the code but that’s as far as you can go. Now I have to check in as a guest and can’t get my rewards. Very annoying.
