Great customer service
App order error message
I keep getting an error message every time I try ordering through the app and the website gives me the same error message.
Trouble with login
After the new update I can’t login. I enter the code it sends then it locks up when I click
Boneless wings are NOT real wings
Pizza Hut staff should not try to sell boneless wings as true chicken wings. In fact, several customers have taken Pizza Hut to court for this exact issue. There is even a tiny printed disclaimer on their menu under the boneless chicken wings that they are not wings but made out of breast meat. They are nothing more than what are sold as chicken nuggets by other large hamburger restaurants. They are also way overpriced at about $1.25 per piece. Won’t ever buy the boneless “wings” again. It’s a waste of money. However; their New Yorker pizza is great.

App error
Placed an order got charged twice store has no record of the order and no money back yet. No help function in the app whatsoever.
Horrible app
Can’t join rewards on iPhone app and when ordering a pizza you get a 1/2” view of what your doing
Terrible. Sends Order to Wrong Restaurant
Miserable experience. Ignores my location. Ignores my zip code. Ignores previous orders. Sends order to store 30 minutes away when I live blocks from a store. Never again.
Has not worked in four years
This app stopped working mid 2022. You can’t log in. But I still update it in hopes one day it will work again.
Incorrect App Status
Ordered via app. App said delivered 5:26 PM. Order assumed lost per app status. Order delivered 15 mins later and everything was soggy. Never ordering delivery again.
Fundamentally broken
Blocks you from ordering carry out by claiming there literally aren't any locations in your state. Redownloaded twice and used my address, then tried just my city, then just my state, and it still says "no nearby locations". Ridiculous.
App not working
After all this time it now let me login to my account but new issue is that it doesn’t even let me place an order. PLEASE HELP!!!
Upset
I ordered on July 4 and I got the two pasta family thing with cheese sticks paid $20 almost and it was wrong. I’ve tried to call. I’ve tried to talk to somebody. I’ve done everything that I could try to either get my money back or get it remade and I can’t get nobody’s help. I can’t get nobody on the phone. Everybody says they can’t do anything they gotta wait on a manager so I will not come back. This is crazy that I’ve waited this long. I got a refund because that is ridiculous that you’re sitting here making your customers wait months.

From bad to worse!
Update, today’s update 100% killed the app. Can’t order. Can’t login.
Update, new app won’t let you buy pizza! Two med pizzas with unlimited toppings won’t let you add a pizza! What a joke. Then to see deals I have to put my address in again, although they already have it. Their IT department is a joke.
You have to wonder what those at Pizza Hut IT are smoking all the time! Their website is full of bugs and their apps only get worse!
Order a pizza? Touch daily deals and wait up to 5 minutes! iPhone or iPad same response time. This is a joke of an app!
Then, finally creat a pizza and click, 'Add to order and wait yet another 5 minutes.
Just so you know, I'm on an LTE network and no problems with internet, just this national chain can't get their act straight.

Bad App Quality
This app never allows me to push through my order. I had to try multiple times to use the app and then ended up having to use the website and it worked just fine. This is irritating.

The app does not let you log into your account. Just a bad UI on the login side
Payment continuously freezes
I put my whole order in, put in my card information, and hit checkout. It just sits there with the checkout button grayed out and with a loading symbol. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it still is doing it. I can select pay in store and my order goes through. Which isn’t the end of the world. But then don’t have card payment on there if it doesn’t work.

Where? Rewards?
Got an email telling me i have over 3500 points, but cannot find any part of any pizza hut site that tells me exactly what i can get for those points. The initial email told me i could get a pizza, but no specific information about how to use the points or what specifically i can get.
