Please add a "Contactless / Leave at door" delivery option!
Every time I place an order, the driver rings my doorbell and tells me the app explicitly requires them to hand the order directly to the customer. I really need a contactless delivery option!
Please add "Leave at Door" into the app options so orders don't default to direct handoff by default.

Local Store Consistently Late
My local store repeatedly delivers 20 to 30 minutes later than when they tell you. Drivers apologize and tell me that my food was ready but they made them wait for another order. This is unacceptable. While I like their menu and food, I’m tired of eating it cold.
1 hour wait
It’s 2026 and the app can’t let you know that it will take 1 hour because there are orders ahead of you. This is crazy.
Localization Issue
Currently the app is broken for my iPhone 17 pro max. App states there are no pizza huts near me in Dallas, and I cannot bypass the rewards screen to look at the menus. This is when logging in. I cannot add my address.

(Originally wrote this review a little over 2 months ago, came back to see if the app issues had been fixed yet, and NOPE, still the same ish show, havnt ordered PizzaHut since the app first started having login issues, looks like I won’t be ordering again any time soon)
Came here to report what so many others have all the same: the newest update changed the login routine, for some reason its not connecting my (same) phone number to my previous account I’ve had for years, long enough to have a much older email attached to it. The only option the app seems to give me after updating is creating a new account, essentially erasing my entire order history, favorite orders, and worst of all my Points that I had at the time I used the app last. Not only that, but I almost missed the cutoff point to even place the order to begin with since the app itself kept crashing out after updating, also giving an error message at first telling me that basic pizza components like pepperoni and bacon were “blacked out” which I’m assuming means out of stock.
What is a pizza joint with no pepperoni on any day other than SuperBowl Day?
How some companies can push updates all over the place without actually quality testing them in this day and age is beyond me.

I would buy from you guys, but you guys don’t have something called pay upon delivery like Domino’s or the House of Pizza
Bad App Design
I can’t load it half the time and I can’t tell when my order goes through because it doesn’t update most of the time
ADD A “CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS” OPTION
I accidentally sent it to my job and COULDNT change it ANYWHERE. AT LEAST CHANGE IT TO WHERE IT ASKS TO VERIFY THE ADDRESS.

Several times app won’t let me log in. Only gives me the option to check in as guest or create new account.
Waiting for OTP simulator
Waited 10 minutes, never got sent a code. Tried phone number, sent me email. Email doesn’t work. Got sent a text, text didn’t work. Tried to make an account for a half hour and just gave up
Broke
Junk app. Only reason i use it instead of doordash is b c i can earn and redeem points. Currently won’t let me place order. It just keeps processing for few mins straight then eventually gives up and says process failed.

DC needs to be an option for states!
Not allowing sign in and cart creation failed error
App won’t allow sign in. Code is not being sent to the provided phone number and it’s impossible to see the menu without signing in. “Cart creation failed” when attempting carry out.

I don’t ever like to be negative I really don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews but this app has been the absolute worst every time I login it acts as if it’s never seen me before I all my points are lost now I’ve ordered a pizza and I’m not even sure if the order went through let’s get another update! If I wrote this version of this app, I would be completely and utterly embarrassed

Terrible app experience
It says “order faster in the app” but every time I go into the app to order I’m forced to update. Afterwards it requires me to login again , it’s stupid

The app will not let me sign in, it sends the code but when I enter it nothing happens. I have thousands of points I can’t use.

What happened to the re-order option?
The previous Pizza Hut app allowed customers to reorder directly from Order History. Now after updating, the Reorder button is gone. Please restore this feature, it was one of the most useful parts of the app.
