Order tracker never works!!
Whenever I order pizza, they order tracker never works, so I end up using the web browser. The rest of the app works beautifully.
Flawed checkout
The app is very flawed. Although it allows customization of the food ordered, it does not allow for the directions for free rewards to be processed. In my cart it stated that the free birthday breadsticks were available; I would only have to click “here.” No matter how many times I clicked, it did not deduct the cost; it just let me add another order to my cart and, in turn, it increased the cost of my total order.
This is not the first time that an issue has occurred and ended up costing me more than I was supposed to pay.

Great customer service
App order error message
I keep getting an error message every time I try ordering through the app and the website gives me the same error message.

After the new update I can’t login. I enter the code it sends then it locks up when I click
