Terrible
I use this app atleast once a month and every single time open it to get food it freezes halfway through and I have to close and re open a million times to get it to work it should not take 30 min to order 1 dang pizza

One star: constantly refuses to let me sign in! Can’t use my rewards have to order as a guess! I put in code but screen freezes and won’t let me continue! Sucks!!
Infuriating App - Supports Child Grooming
When you make an app that just refuses to do anything with no explanation you are flipping the bird to potential customers. A bad app is worse than no app.
This is a bad app. Over and over I press a selection and nothing happens. Sometimes there's a spinny circle for half a second. But no accepting what I pressed.

Worst online app
I don’t even know where to begin, but whenever I try to click something, the app just glitches out whenever I try to click on a deal that the same thing and it’s just close on me so many times and it’s not my phone. It’s like whenever I use it on my laptop or other people’s phones it does the same thing and whenever I finally do get to order the delivery estimate said it would take 25 through 35 minutes. It took an hour to get here and when it tells me like it gives me notifications about what it’s doing right now like if it’s received if they’re prepping it if it’s on the way it always gets stuck on received and it doesn’t even tell me when it does get here. I just have to keep looking out the window dog here and he just barks and like it just gets excited and personally out of any type of delivery app. I think Pizza Hut has the worst delivery notifications.

New interface is terrible
Been using this app for years and the most recent update is not user friendly. There is no back button. When i place an order it does not give me my total. Overall the experience has gone way down with the update. Please change it back. And please remember when using AI to build an app, you have to tell it everything you need. AI does not infer anything. So disappointing.
