Annoying splash advert every time I log in when all I want is to get to my access code.
Almost unusable with its continuous pop ups
If you don’t mind repeated pop ups every time you open the app even if it is just to get your membership card up to get in through the gate, then you will probably find this app passable.
Bookings are out of sync
Class availability and bookings are way out of sync with the website. It’s a persistent issue that PL IT doesn’t have an aptitude to fix.

Remove Pop Ups
Pop ups prevent you from booking quickly when an alert appears which results in missing out on booking a class. Please remove pop ups.
Excellent Customer Care
Both Clare on reception and Simon in the gym could not have been more helpful firstly in setting up my membership and then spending an hour with my induction session on the gym equipment. A credit to Places Leisure.
Never worked
I installed it for going inside the Wokingham leisure centre and for kids swimming and whenever I login and show the bar code it never opened gate and every time end up going to counter and wait time sometimes is more then 10-15 minutes at counter and kid looses her swimming time and lessons due to that wait time even if come early people stand

The app doesn’t allow me to make bookings even though I’m a member, it only shows the option to book and pay, even though I’ve set up a monthly subscription

Terrible app and even worse customer service
App is not user friendly, navigation is confusing and trying to book classes and get a confirmation is a joke. Customer service today was nothing short of condescending. You need to up your game, David Lloyd is so much better.

This would be an ok app if it didn’t log you out of your account as soon as you load a new section. Very frustrating!!

A person who works in this place has a horrible attitude towards kids and even if they are nice he still is rude overall the place is good and its just my opinion
Hopeless
The app continually asks me to log in. I have reconfirmed my password numerous times.
No classes available
I am cancelling my membership soon I've logged on to see yet another month where there is20-30 people on a waiting list! Too many customer and not enough classes so paying for a membership I cannot use!
In-operational buttons
When trying to check the account info like payment, and some other details, it doesn’t show anything..
