This app gives VISIAL & Verbal explanations on; body weight, free weight, AND Gym equipment!!! Plus added warm ups & cool downs for each workout session you have for the day! It’s a great app & I’m so grateful to Diana for embodying & creating this for her growing workout fam 🥹🤍

That being said, Diana’s workouts are great. I followed her workouts loosely when I started out and saw fantastic progress. So it’s not like it’s not worth your money, but if you have the time save yourself some money and go on google and do some research.

You’re right that there’s a lot of information out there for free, and people can definitely piece together their own training plans if they have the time, knowledge, and consistency to do so. What the app is really designed to do, though, is remove that guesswork. Diana’s programs are fully structured and progressive, so instead of spending time researching splits, exercise selection, and progression, everything is already mapped out for you in a way that’s meant to help you stay consistent and actually keep improving over time. On top of that, features like our built-in calendar and progress tracking are there to help make that consistency easier and more motivating long-term, especially for people who want guidance and structure without having to figure it all out themselves. Either way, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re genuinely happy to hear the workouts have made a positive impact for you 🩵

Just to clarify on the workout structure: the app is actually built so you can reschedule workouts to any past, present, or future date. The idea is to give you full flexibility to move sessions around your week without being locked into a fixed schedule. That said, we understand that the experience around doing this could feel smoother, especially when adjusting an entire split to fit a different routine. We’re actively working on improving this further and exploring better ways to maximize flexibility so it feels more seamless and intuitive. On the cancellation side, we’ve definitely listened to feedback like yours. We’ve since updated and improved the subscription and cancellation flow to make it much easier to find and manage directly within the app's settings (under "Subscription"), rather than running into confusion or dead ends. We really appreciate you sharing your experience. It genuinely helps us improve both the app and the overall user experience moving forward. We’re excited to continue implementing feedback like yours and improving the app to better meet your needs 🩵
