This app needs regular updates pretty bad, speed test doesn’t work properly and is just outdated and glitchy

Timeout appears to mean time until access runs out, not off then time to get back on

I swear this app updates and changes the user interface every 6 months it seems. Very frustrating to have to essentially learn a new app every 6 months.

Quite legitimately I god dayum understand that my god dayum modem has been claimed — it was claimed by me you brainless jaggoffs. That should link me in, you have my dayum email, you have my dayum location, you have my dayum phone id, you have the modem serial number.

Back when I first got right fiber there wasn’t much of anything you could do in the plume app so I gave up. Someone recently showed me it’s been upgraded. But when I login it puts into setup mode with no way to get out of it. What kind of junk is this. It’s not like my phone doesn’t take regular updates, but this app doesn’t update?? Technology blows anymore, all the freaking security, it’s gotten so frustrating that I don’t care to use it! And now every time I go to login the app doesn’t use my saved password, instead I have to enter my email and then verify the same email over and over 😡

Hi, since long time ago someone has been using my app with my credentials in an account that seems is illegal. My internet provider said they do not have another account around my house, but several times someone has changed my password in the app. My ISP said they cannot know if someone else downloaded the app, and is using it. I am the only person who is suppose to have the app in just one device. Who can tell me that information? Who is responsible for my privacy and security when others can be using this app? I have been warning you since more than a year, and the problem persist.

Useless app
Internet randomly craps out and this app is of zero help.
Broken app
Since the v26.213.0 update, the app is broken. Speed test quits at 75% and hasn't run completely since 5/13. Other issues too numerous to report as well with the app.

Problems staying connected to network
Downloaded the app to change network frequency from 5.0 MHz to 2.4mhz to connect a particular device. ISP assured me that was all that I needed to do. Nothing she walked me through worked. My iPhone was toggling in and out of connectivity. In an act of desperation, I turned off power completely to my router and fiber access point. After a minute or so, turned it back on and all of the problems that I had been having went away. Was able to connect new device, phone stayed online, everything evil became wonderful. Changed ioT back to 5.0mhz and new device still in on network. All it took was cold boot. Please try before you throw the router in the river.

Great Potential
Has nice features and ok interface.
Missing one great feature, which is (RESET). You cannot reset the router thru the app, this is a must when you’re not near the router. Like I stated, it has potential.

Needs more user freedom
I bought a job and i can’t use it. I don’t want you to manage it, you do a terrible job. I just want to use the equipment i purchased. This eco system sucks.
Doesn’t stay logged in…not helpful
If power cycles on the main modem, app logs out and needs an email prompt to log back in. Not helpful
2 days being told “they’re working on it”
Takes way to long to speak with someone. Expect internet outages without receiving a notification until AFTER your internet comes back on. I was told there was a team working on the issues for 2 days already. Please provide a link for job applications. Y’all clearly need help

Is this a real app?! App wont let me or my ISP register my router. Qr scan to load it won’t register, type in MAC fails to add, type in serial number also a waste of time. And YES my router is a model the app is supposed to support.

Items go offline while a totally new item will be added or has to be…
My items randomly go offline and I have to rejoin the internet. So my phone will go offline I’ll have to delete said device on here bc it can no longer be controlled then add it back as a new device if it doesn’t automatically and set it all back up. There’s no point in having this app if I have to keep doing it much less using this router.
