Worst App Ever
Extremely poor and useless app. Login hi nahi hota aur har baar “Error deriving customer name” jaisa meaningless error dikhaata hai. Na to proper error explanation hai, na solution.
Customer hone ke baad bhi apna home loan detail dekhna possible nahi. App reinstall karo, update karo, data change karo — kuch bhi kaam nahi karta. Lagta hi nahi ke yeh kisi national-level finance company ka app hai.
Customer care bhi sirf naam ka hai. Call karo to waiting, email karo to koi response nahi. Aaj ke time me jab sab kuch digital hai, yeh app bilkul failure hai.
Is app se:
• Loan statement access nahi hota
• EMI detail nahi dikhti
• Login system broken hai
• Support zero hai
PNB Housing jaise brand se itni low-quality app expected nahi thi. Jab tak backend aur login issues fix nahi hote, is app ko use karna time waste aur stress ke alawa kuch nahi.
Strongly NOT recommended. Better to visit branch than use this useless app.

Geo Fencing
Both Website and app is not working outside India. Before “operation sindoor”, it was working fine. Now most of websites, which were geo fenced, are now accessible throughout worldwide without geo fencing. PNBHFL may also see for removing geo fencing.

Unable to select date before 1990 how are people older than that going to select their birth date? Ever most stupidity that I have seen. Apple store should take down this app completely for being useless.
Everything is worst about PNB
Literally their website as well as this app is so worst. It looks like they have hired some college intern to do develop these apps. I am unable to login anywhere to check any information on my housing loan. Time to switch to some better housing loan providers.
Terrible experience
If you’re installing this app then good luck for that because you’ll face some weird difficulties which don’t even let you login.
