Worst App Ever
Extremely poor and useless app. Login hi nahi hota aur har baar “Error deriving customer name” jaisa meaningless error dikhaata hai. Na to proper error explanation hai, na solution.
Customer hone ke baad bhi apna home loan detail dekhna possible nahi. App reinstall karo, update karo, data change karo — kuch bhi kaam nahi karta. Lagta hi nahi ke yeh kisi national-level finance company ka app hai.
Customer care bhi sirf naam ka hai. Call karo to waiting, email karo to koi response nahi. Aaj ke time me jab sab kuch digital hai, yeh app bilkul failure hai.
Is app se:
• Loan statement access nahi hota
• EMI detail nahi dikhti
• Login system broken hai
• Support zero hai
PNB Housing jaise brand se itni low-quality app expected nahi thi. Jab tak backend aur login issues fix nahi hote, is app ko use karna time waste aur stress ke alawa kuch nahi.
Strongly NOT recommended. Better to visit branch than use this useless app.

Geo Fencing
Both Website and app is not working outside India. Before “operation sindoor”, it was working fine. Now most of websites, which were geo fenced, are now accessible throughout worldwide without geo fencing. PNBHFL may also see for removing geo fencing.

Everything is worst about PNB
Literally their website as well as this app is so worst. It looks like they have hired some college intern to do develop these apps. I am unable to login anywhere to check any information on my housing loan. Time to switch to some better housing loan providers.
Terrible experience
If you’re installing this app then good luck for that because you’ll face some weird difficulties which don’t even let you login.

Very bad app , Suddenly I can’t login with same credentials. I think the bank has intentionally made up some problems so the customers can’t check all details and home branch Services are pathetic. RBI should look into them they are cheating and making fool of customers
Don’t entertain online payment
I am very pathetic experience with PNB housing Dehradun branch. They love their customers so much that they would like them to see in-person n ask to visit branch office. Don’t entertain online payment. Only option is to visit their branch. Not sure if it’s lender issue or Dehradun branch issue.
In nutshell, I would recommend not to take PNB housing services.

Can’t even login
I can’t login the app, stuck in the login page without any response
Such a shady bank
There is no place in app to see the current mortgage rate
They sends mails and increases the interest like monthly basis, app is shady that no information on this pops up
I took loan and within 4 months twice they have increase and increased my loan tenure to 1 year.

Worst NBFC
If you don’t want to become ur life hell then do not take loan from this NBFC.. so many hidden charges.. ruthless behaviour of employees.. In every two months without any reason they will increase the Interest rate.. Intentional delay in every operation so that they can get more interest.. No transparency in charges.. No disclosure of hidden terms and conditions by sales teams.. and ultimately I have final say that never ever take loam from PNB Housing Finance ever..

Its worthless, featureless and archaic. If a new user has to register, it ask for the DOB, but the year of birth option is only until 1990. So its assumed that if you are born prior to 1990, you wont use the app.

Year of birth only showing till 1990. I am 85 born and its saying dob out of range on signing up. You provide loan only to below 36 years and nit beyond that. Most hectic app for signing up
Bt file pending from two months
My bt file login two months ago loan is disbursed but cheque is bot submitted in 2nd loan bank and no one attend my call from side of pnb now my pnb emi is created and also old bank home first now i am paying two bank emis without any benefits pnb giving wrost customer support service ever seen and pnb employees put wrongly entered all my contacts info I don’t have received any kind of information about my loan from pnb
