The most worthless fsa card
Standard cold medicine not covered, horrible. Card never works at retailer, must submit receipt for refund.

Every other time I open this app, it won’t load. No rhyme or reason why.
The app is alright, but the payments and card management is over stepping
I should not have to share my medical records for a bank to determine what I should recover from medical expenses…yet PMC froze my card twice. What else would I be paying a medical center for, if not medical expenses.
Terrible app designed

App constantly makes you make new passwords
I’ve had nothing but issues with this app. Always having to reset my password which needs you to have their debit card handy. Monthly claims for copay on medications need “more information” even though it’s the same charge month after month.
Awful
Terrible app, nothing works. Customer service is awful too.
Time Consuming
They need easier access to account. I had to come up with a new password. Then I had to put in my debit card number before I had to create my password again. Frustrating.
Glitchy transactions, repetitive steps, poor UI
Kind of annoying using the app on the daily. It is slow and could definitely be designed a little better to be more efficient. When viewing transactions/activity if it needs to load more it bounces the page up to the top instead of staying where it is. The email address for health account services is cut off and when I try to click the button it says it can’t find an email on my device (which is untrue). Also annoyed that every time my password needs to reset it needs my permission for Face ID again. I wish viewing transactions and notes were a better experience and that I would be able to search for things. App needs some help.

It was super easy to claim a reimbursement of services.
Needlessly obstructionist
Choose a different FSA provider if possible, this one seems to be bent on denial. I have three kids and submitted daycare receipts for dependent FSA only to have it denied because they said it wasn't clear what it was for (it has the ages of my kids and daycare costs on the receipts, as well as the name of the daycare). I tried resubmitting with their website information showing it was a daycare , and it was denied saying PNC could not identify the reason for the service. What! I've had three other FSA companies over the years and none have attempted to without my money so needlessly. Shame on you.

Delay deny defend
This account holds my money, already taken from my paycheck. Every doctor’s office copay is suspicious apparently. Day-of Receipts are rejected, you have to wait for the itemized EOB, a which pint your claim has been denied. Disgusting waste of my time. Will not renew enrollment
App has issues
Sometimes I have to request transfers multiple times. Face ID wasn't working. Can't see usage on the app

Login nightmare
Doesn’t save login information. Doesn’t let you use Face ID makes you register over and over again. I cannot for the life of me figure this apps issue. I never have a problem like this.

I wanna be able to itemize payment to payees that I have through the app. Because I’ve sent payments the app to certain payees and they haven’t got it

Hit and miss
It’s a hit and miss with this app. Currently I can’t log in and I have to change my password. There is no option to view what I’m typing. Other good features were removed within the app.
I hate this App!
It rarely works! It won’t save login information and you can forget about FaceID working consistently too. My password from just over a month ago will not work nor will my FaceID. I have had this problem NUMEROUS times over the few years that I’ve had the app. It’s too hard to log into to see your HSA balance. I greatly prefer Castlight which always works with FaceID.
2025 Update: It’s still awful! Why can’t they design an app that works consistently with biometrics or accepts the login information! I hate this app! Guess I’ll have to use my work laptop since that is single sign in. The app is unreliable.
