Won’t let me resubscribe!

The app is great, but I have been trying for over a week to get into my account after my subscription was cancelled due to expired credit card info. I updated my payment info., but I still can’t resubscribe due to some weird glitch on the resubscription button. I have written something to support 3 times with no results. I’m pretty disappointed and surprised at the inability of the tech support team to get the app fixed so that willing customers can pay them!

Was great…

The app was great and easy to use, but now it requires a subscription— which is fine— but it doesn’t work. Literally I try to subscribe, and the button sends you nowhere.
So now the app feels meaningless. Too much work for literally nothing. I’ll look for another app, if it does not get fixed soon. I suggest not downloading at this time.

App is useless!!!!!

I have emailed countless times. It requires a subscription but the subscription doesn’t work. It says button but it’s not a button! I used to use this app and loved it but I can’t use it I hope they see this and help!

Unusable

Can’t even write.

Failed

Started off ok, accepted the fact that this platform is therapeutic and often there is no real technique - just a bit mopey and self affirmation. Then I fire up the app, it asks for money, but the subscription buttons don’t work, and my account is wiped out after I reset it. So I’ve lost all latest edits. Boo.

who tf ruined this awesome app

hadn’t used this app for over a year but still paid the subscription because I figured it was a good investment for an app that functioned well. I had a good idea for a poem tonight so I reinstalled the app but turns out my subscription got cancelled this month and it’s a good thing that it was cancelled because I’m realizing that the whole thing is completely unusable without a subscription. BOOOOOO 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

There is a bug!

I couldn’t subscribe at all which means I couldn’t write anything.

not free??

it used to be so so good until the subscriptions and everything.. such wasted potential.

????

everytime i try to subscribe it won’t let me. i cant even post my poems anymore!

Useless app

You can’t even use the app without ads popping up every 5 seconds. It’s a waste of time

Doesn’t give you much options

I’m very disappointed in this app. When you publish a book, they don’t give you very much options to do your own cover. Also we shouldn’t have to pay for a subscription just to use the app. We already pay when we publish a book. Hopefully they change that real soon.

You have to pay to even use the app

This isn’t even useful. If you have Google Docs just save yourself some grief. You can’t even use this app unless you subscribe to it.

Impossible to unsubscribe

😞😞😞😭😭😭

I love poetizer BUT…….

So I’ve been using poetizer for many years now. I probably got it when it was new because back then you weren’t able to publish a book so they’ve come a long way. I love everything about it. I just have one issue and that’s not being able to upload my own illustrations. The app only provides so many pictures and I don’t want to use what’s already been used by another writer. If they updated the app allowing us to update our illustration this app would get the full five for me. I love the community and how supportive everyone is. This is definitely my favorite app for writing and I’ll continue to stay loyal just fix that problem

everything is paywalled

logged into my account after maybe two ish years, literally everything is paywalled. i can't post, i can't look at my own profile, i can't read my own drafts??? are you kidding? this used to be such a great app but now you have to pay to do anything

Payments

When I first got in the app I logged in and I thought it was great. But then I tried to create a poem and it made me pay to do it. I don’t know if I was doing something wrong because that was all I could do. Pay, look at others, or see my profile.

Why subscription

I downloaded this app in 2021 at that time it was free no subscription on my android phone everyone use to love it even a recent 1 sec ago poem use to have 100s of likes because people feel part of community we could talk to each other when money was not a factor everyone was a poet but now after installing it and seeing the restrictions i realised this application is deadasf

All paid for

I used to love this app, but now it is all a subscription. You literally can not do a single thing, not even like someone’s post, without paying. I was excited to come back to this app but it has become nothing.

Pay to Get Shadowbanned

I posted a "Please dm or comment if you see this to determine if i will report poetizer to the eu parliament" poem and literally seconds later four likes appeared on my poem that didnt have the mirroring notifications

Faster than any human can react. This app uses BAD ai for moderation

Behind a Paywall

A poem app, so sleek and bright,
It whispers softly, “Come, take flight.”
But wait—there’s more than words to find,
A fee to pay, to free your mind.

To write, to share, to let thoughts flow,
You need a plan, a price to know.
The words inside will have their say,
But first, you must subscribe and pay.

A tiny box that blinks and gleams,
“Unlock the world of endless dreams.”
But is this art, or just a game?
A poet’s voice, but with a name?

You write and pause, unsure of choice—
Your voice, your words, your inner voice,
Yet still, the app demands the key,
To share your soul, to set it free.

Are poems worth the price to post?
A dream that costs—how much, how close?
The words may flow, but at a price,
A poet’s heart wrapped up in ice.

Still, in the end, we pay to play,
For art, for love, we find our way.
The app may ask, but we’ll decide,
If it’s worth the cost to take the ride.
