Just Down loaded to my phone.
Can’t get out of phone number verification screen! Put number in and it won’t let me initiate the verification! Super frustrating! How do I get support? No way to get into app if stuck at phone number verification!

Does the job, but mobile interface could be improved
Hello, our company is becoming a big user of Point R for remote service applications. The app is great and it works!
However, the interface is very much adapted to tablets — and is not ergonomic on smartphones. It would be great if you could develop a specific smartphone interface, with bigger buttons and a possibility of vertical screen orientation.
