Fact. This product will change your life. But what totally exceeded my expectations was the level of customer service. I had a few questions on set up and Julius got back to almost immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. And he overnighted me some alternative values purely because I noticed mine were different than in the set up video. Telling me why they were slightly different and giving me the choice what use even though both would work equally well. Since then I’ve a few questions and I’ve received instant guidance.

Good Customer Service
We had some difficulty with the initial setup of our Polar Dive cold plunge and Pro Chiller. The setup videos were helpful visually, but we felt they could have been a little more thorough and detailed, especially for troubleshooting some of the issues we ran into.
I probably would have given a lower rating based on the setup experience alone, but the customer service really made a difference. I called and left a voicemail, and we received a call back within 1–2 hours. Tyrell was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. He walked us through troubleshooting, answered our questions, and offered helpful tips and alternatives to get everything sorted.
It was honestly the customer service and willingness to help that restored our confidence in the company. We really appreciated Tyrell's help and are looking forward to getting more use out of our cold plunge!

Excellent Customer Service
I recently took delivery of a Polar Dive Pro and was excited to get it up and running. Once it was installed and filled with water I had a problem with the shut off valves. I reached out to customer service and within minutes I had a response from Julius. He gave me clear and concise directions as to how I could solve the problem. I was up and operating in no time at all. I expected a quality product but wondered what the customer service would be if I needed it. Amazing customer service
This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. No AI, real people doing customer service. When my MAX tub was delayed due to a production issue, they sent me an OG tub, for FREE! They are prompt, even on the weekends. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Oh, and I'm completely addicted to cold plunging now (Ironman athlete, 38M)

Customer Service On Point
My max was not ready so they sent me a pro proactively to get me through the next two weeks. I will then give my brother this pro tub and now Polar Dive has two new customers “dipping their toe in the water” all due to Customer Service.

We’ve been enjoying the plunge for the last few weeks now as a family. It has works great for us. The app is also really convenient and easy to use. By far the best part is their customer service. They have been in great company to work with they’ve answered all of our questions very quickly and they’ve helped resolve any challenges we’ve had along the way. They always go above and beyond.

Out of this world customer service
I ordered a Polar Dive cold plunge when the one I had from another company stopped working. When I hadn’t received shipping confirmation after a few days, I emailed and asked if I could get an update on my order. It wasn’t a complaint, just a request for an update. Not only did they respond right (on a weekend day) away with a totally reasonable explanation (demand had exceeded production), but they offered to ship my chiller immediately along with their original tub (the Pod) at no cost so that I could use it while I wait for my tub (the Max) to ship!! If their product is even half as good as their customer service/support, I will be thrilled with my decision to go with Polar Dive!!

App Layout Need Improvement
The chiller is AMAZING. For an app designed to control the chiller, make it the first thing you see when you open the app please. Why is it hidden behind two clicks?
Excellent Product and Support
My family have been using polar dive products over the past 2 years. We have used the polar dive original and Sauna! Excellent!! We have the max on order! Their support remains top notch!
Product great, App not so much
I was able to connect the unit but I cannot log any sessions. It will allow me to start and mark the intensity but does not allow me to save the session.
Incredible experience
I’ve tried a number of cold plunge setups over the years and this has been my favorite so far. The tub is spacious, the chiller keeps the temperature consistent, and the app has been very easy to use. I can control everything quickly from my phone. Overall, the quality of the whole system has been excellent.

Cannot even connect my device to the app. The plus sign is in two locations on the app and does not work.
Great cold plunge for all levels.
Researched a lot of cold plunges from $1000 on down and Polar Dive USA hit all the marks. You never really know until the product arrives and when it did, I knew I made a good decision. I live in AZ so I will be putting the pro chiller to the test this summer. Thanks for the quick shipping on my order.

Exceptional Customer Service
My wife and I had another brand for our first plung and wanted to upgrade to the larger tub and a chiller. I plan on sticking with what we had but she recommended I look at polar dive. Well from what I could tell in pictures it looked like it may be a little sturdier and since there was a sale we ended up with the max pro tub, chiller and the sauna for the same as I was going to spend elsewhere. We were not disappointed when the tub arrived, it was 100% sturdier and very easy to set up. We had some issues with the chiller that were very quickly resolved with customer service. However the tub seemed to have a small leak somewhere on the bottom after a little troubleshooting via video customer service decided to just send a replacement. I cannot stress enough how good customer service is. I feel like it’s a throwback to when the customer is always right- and they respond incredibly fast too. We’ve only had a plunge a couple weeks, but I’m hoping this product lives up to the initial impression, I’m very satisfied!

Solid set up for at-home recovery
I used to cold plunge at my gym, but ever since I started working out at home, I’ve missed the cold recovery. This called plunge is super affordable yet high quality. Fits perfect in my patio and cleans really easy. 10/10 recommended.
