App Layout Need Improvement
The chiller is AMAZING. For an app designed to control the chiller, make it the first thing you see when you open the app please. Why is it hidden behind two clicks?
Excellent Product and Support
My family have been using polar dive products over the past 2 years. We have used the polar dive original and Sauna! Excellent!! We have the max on order! Their support remains top notch!
Product great, App not so much
I was able to connect the unit but I cannot log any sessions. It will allow me to start and mark the intensity but does not allow me to save the session.
Incredible experience
I’ve tried a number of cold plunge setups over the years and this has been my favorite so far. The tub is spacious, the chiller keeps the temperature consistent, and the app has been very easy to use. I can control everything quickly from my phone. Overall, the quality of the whole system has been excellent.

Cannot even connect my device to the app. The plus sign is in two locations on the app and does not work.
Great cold plunge for all levels.
Researched a lot of cold plunges from $1000 on down and Polar Dive USA hit all the marks. You never really know until the product arrives and when it did, I knew I made a good decision. I live in AZ so I will be putting the pro chiller to the test this summer. Thanks for the quick shipping on my order.

Exceptional Customer Service
My wife and I had another brand for our first plung and wanted to upgrade to the larger tub and a chiller. I plan on sticking with what we had but she recommended I look at polar dive. Well from what I could tell in pictures it looked like it may be a little sturdier and since there was a sale we ended up with the max pro tub, chiller and the sauna for the same as I was going to spend elsewhere. We were not disappointed when the tub arrived, it was 100% sturdier and very easy to set up. We had some issues with the chiller that were very quickly resolved with customer service. However the tub seemed to have a small leak somewhere on the bottom after a little troubleshooting via video customer service decided to just send a replacement. I cannot stress enough how good customer service is. I feel like it’s a throwback to when the customer is always right- and they respond incredibly fast too. We’ve only had a plunge a couple weeks, but I’m hoping this product lives up to the initial impression, I’m very satisfied!

Solid set up for at-home recovery
I used to cold plunge at my gym, but ever since I started working out at home, I’ve missed the cold recovery. This called plunge is super affordable yet high quality. Fits perfect in my patio and cleans really easy. 10/10 recommended.
Also, I haven’t had any issues with support, they answered pretty quick and got replacement parts out to me within the week.

Obsessed

The product itself is super high quality, easy to use, and actually makes it realistic to stay consistent with cold exposure (which is usually the hardest part).
What really sets it apart though is the app. Being able to track plunge time, build streaks, and participate in challenges adds a whole new level of motivation. It turns something that can feel intimidating into something you actually look forward to doing. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t feel overly complicated!
I’ve noticed real benefits in my energy, recovery, and overall mindset since using it consistently. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the physical product and the digital experience.

I can’t add my product. The blue plus button is in two different areas, neither of which are interactive. Also can’t change my region… who made this?
Best Plunge I’ve Bought Hands Down
I’ve tried multiple different brands and they’ve all been cheaply made (even the ones that aren’t cheap $$$) and they don’t hold water temperature well. My Polar Dive is comfortable, easy to set up, SUPER durable, and all around a great product. It’s still cold in Michigan so I haven’t needed to use my chiller yet but I can’t wait to set it up this summer!! Highly recommend these guys!

Pro Chiller
We recently purchased the largest tub along with the pro chiller in order to make the best of our purchase. Man, it gets cold! This was just what we were looking for and needing. It’s very large and deep and always running cold 24/7! It’s very convenient and even comes with a cover to prevent it from getting dirty. It was worth it!

Update of the century
Been using Polar Dive for a bit and the plunge itself is extremely well made. You don’t need a super complicated app for something like this, and this one keeps it simple in a good way. The latest update made everything sleeker and added some really useful features. Extremely happy to have chosen this company as they really get it.

Amazing support and app is easy to use
I have had the Polar Dive with the associated app for 3 months now and it has been a breeze to use. Setup was simple and it is quick and responsive. You can even set scheduling for the chiller to turn off and on if you are planning to use it later on in the day. Overall 5/5!!
Polar Dive Max and Water Chiller
I have been cold plunging for the better part of five years. The Polar Dive Max coupled with the pro chiller have been the best systems that I have used. I am 6”3’ and 225 pounds and easily fit fully immersed in my tub. The water chiller easily keeps my water at 38°, in spite of 90°+ temperature outside.
I reached out to customer service for minor support and received amazing assistance within 24 hours.
