Unreliable
Although the app works, the connection and control are unreliable at best. The app and remote steamer require an update, or you need to provide a remote like the one in the last steamer box.
Flat out doesn’t work
Every time I open the app it makes me enter my name and height/weight like the very first time. Then I submit and it goes back to beginning in a loop. It flat out does not function. You need to fix these bugs. This app is garbage.
Waste
Absolute garbage.
Can’t setup a profile
Love the sauna, but the app is hot garbage. I can’t get past the height selection screen on profile creation, and so have never been able to use the app. It’s been like this for 3mo.
Just Use The Box
The Saunabox Pro Steamer with the infra red system is great within itself. But this app? Garbage. Doesn’t consistently pair. Preheat didn’t work & completely shut down the session when I tried going back into the app. Please just go back to the remote if you can’t get the app in order please and thank you.
