Just Use The Box
The Saunabox Pro Steamer with the infra red system is great within itself. But this app? Garbage. Doesn’t consistently pair. Preheat didn’t work & completely shut down the session when I tried going back into the app. Please just go back to the remote if you can’t get the app in order please and thank you.

App has bugs
The app has some bugs for sure. Overall I like the concept, but I can’t even use it right now. The Bluetooth took several attempts to connect but I was able to get it working on day 1. Day 2 it keeps asking my to setup a profile when I already have one. No login option. I was just going to make another profile, but after you key in your height it goes back to the beginning asking for your name all over again. It’s an endless loop. As a fellow professional coder, this is garbage, please fix.

App doesn’t work
The app just keeps looping me through setting up my profile. I’ve updated but still can’t set up.
Preheat doesn’t work
Saunabox Go preheat function doesn’t work at all.
Solara Wooden SaunaBox
This app 100% doesn’t work with my unit. The sauna is great, but there is connection to my unit to this app. Please fix the bug, so I can preheat my sessions.
