Non functional app
The app is very difficult to use. Searching for the sauna via Bluetooth is almost impossible once it is connected it’s difficult to use. Then what’s worse is the app buttons overlap each other so I can’t even click the “start session now” button making this app useless. Sauna seems very nice, very happy, app is a huge disappointment

Unreliable
Although the app works, the connection and control are unreliable at best. The app and remote steamer require an update, or you need to provide a remote like the one in the last steamer box.

Flat out doesn’t work
Every time I open the app it makes me enter my name and height/weight like the very first time. Then I submit and it goes back to beginning in a loop. It flat out does not function. You need to fix these bugs. This app is garbage.

Can’t setup a profile
Love the sauna, but the app is hot garbage. I can’t get past the height selection screen on profile creation, and so have never been able to use the app. It’s been like this for 3mo.
