Cannot find my ticket
I bought the tickets in their official website in advance. Although I double checked several times, the app said my order number is invalid.
Won’t Find My Ticket
The app can’t handle a double last name
PCC impresses but APP doesn’t
App was way out of date. The schedule did not match the presentation times. We arrived at several presentations just to find out the APP was not correct. Difficult to schedule your day like this. Better not to have the schedule piece if it isn’t accurate
Times are wrong
I based a whole plan for the day on the times in this app. We got to Tonga as fast as we could for the hands on activities at 12:45(there were none) and the app said drum show at 1. Nope, drum show is actually at 1:30. So the app caused 45 minutes of this 5 hour experience to be wasted. We should have just started in Samoa like all the non-planners. I will always love PCC but the prices have gotten too high to waste even one minute let alone 45.

Needs development in section for Hawaii Residents
I am already a club member and annual
Pass holder. I had my account prior to the creation of the app and I can’t log-in without a username and password. The only way to get a user name and password is to “sign up” which would create a new ohana club member account and doesn’t link my old info to the new login. Customer service was unfamiliar with the app and said the only point to the Hawaii resident log-in is to direct Hawaii residents to call customer service to buy tickets. It would be nice to be able to access the discounts, offers, annual membership info and ohana club member info within the app. I wouldn’t have made a public review except I couldn’t find another way to submit feedback.
