Inconsistencies and lag
This app feels like it was developed around the time of the original iphone. There’s a glitch where if you already have your home theater set and click on the showtimes for a different theater, it will show you the showtimes of your home theater. Gotta reload the app to fix this.
Chicken tender basket states it comes with 1 sauce, but then it says you have to select two to move on.
Then on the sauces area, it says “select two free sauces” but then all the sauces are 50 cents except for ketchup and no sauce. It even applies it when you check out. This is just the chicken tenders now, I didn’t check to see the other food items. Like did you guys proof read or test this out? If you’re trying to slowly transfer to online, this is not a great start.
But I love your guys’ theaters and service though, very clean and organized, i’d give that 5 stars

Easy and convenient
I like how you can easily book tickets and pick your seats ahead of time so that you can just show your tickets on your phone and enter. Better than waiting in line!
Confusing
So, maybe it’s just me but I’ve bought several theater tickets and just noticed non of them actually counted towards any reward. I remember asking the guy behind the counter about it and he took down my phone number and said he would apply that points towards the account but still has not (several months ago)
At this point, I’m not exactly sure how to get the rewards to apply to my account. I feel like it shouldn’t be so hard, it should be automatic. I shouldn’t have to make sure I ask the agent to apply my points.

Military Discount now included!
They added military discount purchase for tickets finally! It took a few months to get approved after filling out the information through the app but it’s so nice not having to wait in long lines to get tickets at military rates. Thank you so much!
Horrible App
This app is absolutely horrible. You’re better off just going to the theaters to buy rather than ahead. Every time I exit the app, I have to re-login. And what makes it even worse is, if I don’t use the app the buy tickets in the next month, all my points get wiped to 0 again and I lose literally everything. If this place doesn’t want to give their loyal customer discounts, just say that! Instead of making people get an account on a horribly maintained app. If this theater wasn’t one of the only options in Hawaii, I would stop going to them completely.
