Almost great
This app sends a notification whenever a cat uses the litter box. So in a household with 3 cats, thats 10+ per day. would be GREAT to choose to only receive “wastebin is full” notifications because you really dont see it buried in the other notifications.
Also, every time i open the app i am logged out, but at least its super easy to login by tapping the “login with apple” icon only once

A downhill battle with this app
I like this litter box a lot, although I’ve had to replace the hinge that opens the back on more than one occasion because it’s held together with cheap plastic, but the app has been unbelievably unreliable during the only instance it needs to be functional. Connecting to the box. Since Apple updated iOS, the screen that connects the box to WiFi is no longer the correct screen. Add that with it doing the process over and over again only to get locked out of the app is insane. Not to mention this app hasn’t had any significant updates or fixes in YEARS, I’m at a loss. Feeling like this may be the time to jump ship to another robot if the thing I need to work the box doesn’t work at all. I have plenty of gripes with the box itself but this not working is like salt in the wound.

App constantly glitches
I am finding myself always having to reconnect to my device or the app just logging it’s self out and having to re log in every time I want to use it. It is very glitchy.
Doesn’t work with new S7
Waiting on the update. I’ve had the unit for a couple of weeks yet and want the app to make some adjustments.
Horrible app
Unable to retrieve your login when the app kicks you out randomly. When you are in the app it will not give or track your pet’s weight like it says it will. The box is great but I almost say it is not worth the hassle of this terrible app. This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. Absolutely expected more from a company who charges so much for their litter box.

I think most of the bad reviews are from earlier versions of the app. Truth be told in a house full of smart things, this may have been the easiest set up I've experienced.

Can’t connect to wifi
I tried multiple ways to connect the litter box to our wifi and could never get it to connect. I’m not going to backup my phone, erase its data, and restore it as another reviewer did all to get one app (which sounds like it’s not very good anyway) to connect to my wifi. That’s ridiculous. Otherwise my cats enjoy the litter box itself.

Just a garbage app
I have to of their devices and tried zillion times to connect both and manage them. Always give error and fail to connect. Just garbage application.

App needs reset constantly
Update:still loving this box and after a year the app has gotten so much better. It stays connected almost always and resets daily.

Had the box for 3 months. I love the freedom of no scooping, but like everyone else has stated the app needs reset at least once a week and often says there’s no Wi-Fi….when all the other internet contraptions in the house are connected and working fine.
Other than the app, this is a nice quiet and odor free set up. There are no other issues so far. My cat adapted to it immediately.

Terrible app, product and customer service
We bought the Popur litter box about 8 months ago and honestly everything about is crappier than what it’s supposed to be collecting. The app is clunky, and very spotty, the notifications don’t work and the WiFi connection is extremely faulty. Every interaction with customer service has taken away a little hope for humanity over all. We bought the unit itself on Amazon with a warranty. Popur stopped selling on Amazon and are now refusing to honor my warranty (while actually asking me to pay MORE to get a working unit). It all feels like I got scammed and am now stuck with this giant piece of junk. Save yourself the hassle and just avoid this company all together.

The worst app to have ever existed
Getting the litter box to connect to the app feels impossible sometimes. It just does what it wants. Terribly written app for an overpriced litter box. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for a good user experience for an automatic litter box.
Doesn’t work
Can’t actually even log into the app it just says the current network is unavailable. My cats won’t use the little box anyway so guess it doesn’t really mater. But now the box just keeps beeping every few minutes non stop and no idea why.
How to connect app to network
Solved the app connecting to network issue:
1. Save phone backup, reset phone and erase all phone data
2. Restore phone backup
3. Redownload Popur app
4. Hold Popur reset button on litter box 10 sec until 3 beeps
5. Connect to 2.5 wifi network and bluetooth on
6. Sign in on app, it will allow you without the error message after phone reset and litter box reset
7. Login 2.5 wifi and pw in Popur app, then click popur local network under wifi list
8. App should be connected now as it was before, change custom settings

Terrible app
Pick a different litter box. The app is so bad that it constantly disconnects for the WiFi and stops working. I haven’t been able to reconnect it in several months. There are better litter boxes out there for this price
Easy and connected
I saw a lot of bad reviews for this app, but honestly, I think it works great if you’re not expecting a ton of features. The app does what it needs to do and that’s it. You can switch on and off manual or automatic cleaning, you can track each pet with specific profile using their weight. I would like a weight unit toggle on the pets’ specific profiles so I don’t have to calculate their weight in kg from lbs, but that’s just being nit picky.

Abandoned!
I love the litter box, really. But I hate the constant disconnecting of the app! And seeing as no updates have been pushed since over a year ago, I think they’ve left us to fend for ourselves. Sick considering this was over $500.
Litter box is great, app is not
The app needs a lot of work. It’s buggy, doesn’t load most of the time, and generally unusable.
Bin is always “Full”
Really wish they’d make updates to the app. Every time I change the litter, there’s issues with the trash bin being full when it’s not
