One of the best apps I’ve used for financial matters! It’s easy to use with clear structure and also friendly to the eye with its color palette. I also feel it’s very secure because it has good warning messages about important security concerns.
Poor customer service
How can you call yourself ‘less of a bank, more like a friend’ when seeking real help through your helpline is so difficult. Would you make your friend speak to a chatbot?
No possibility of changing hacked email
This app allows you to log in (by facial verification) and make transactions in your bank accounts but does not trust you enough to update your email!
If you lose access to your email, you had it with this app. It requires verification code sent to old email (which you cannot access). If yr email has been hacked, too bad!
The app trusts you enough to let you make money transfers and transactions but not changing email!! That’s how stupid it is.
The bank requires you to send in a paper form with your signature by snail mail. They don’t even trust you when you email them with your ID. With the snail mail paper form, you don’t know what they do with it as there is no acknowledgment of receipt and you don’t know if they even receive it. What is the point of the stupid app in this instance!!
