The new POSB digibank update is a big improvement. The user interface looks clean, modern, and much more intuitive than before. Navigation feels smoother, making it easier to access features and manage my banking. Great job on redesign!
SingPass face scan button not shown

Wonderful app but 1 limitation
I wish I could down load my bank statement for a particular period as currently I get only for 1 month which is difficult to understand as how the account moved for a financial year. Eg for usa they need for calendar year and for india they need from April to March. I hope such functionality is enabled which would make the app much more useful

Terrible car loan application
The application journey for car loan is really not user friendly. Car dealer ask me to go and check the status and complete the loan via dbs. I go to the website and forgot my digibank user id as I always use Face ID. Try to click the forget user and it brings me to a broken page. Then I went to try in the mobile app and saw the application status. Click on the resume button and nothing happens, which infuriated me. After a while I finally managed to do it and the application form was submitted. Then my car dealer say that For retiree DBS told them cannot submit online need to do via the manual offline form. I got so infuriated that I decided to just sign up for an OCBC car loan instead. At least they let me do it online. Really disappointing to see the best ai digital bank so backwards in terms of their banking services.

Annoying feature
Please remove the livebetter function which is ultra annoying and you’ll almost activate it every single time when you try to scroll. It’s completely redundant component in the app itself and does not add any value to the user.
