Missing address standardization & post office search

I downloaded this app to try to standardize an address for the Philippines, but it does not offer that feature.

It does have a feature to locate a post office, but it only uses your current location, and doesn't let you search by province, or even zoom in on the map to pick a post office.

Lots of room for improvement here.
