Pain Relief!

Great app! Simple, effective, and packed with useful information to improve posture and reduce pain

Posture Guy is a really helpful app, especially for someone like me who studies at the computer all day, sits for long periods of time, and constantly catches myself looking down or slouching without even realizing it. I like that it focuses on real posture issues like forward head posture, rounded shoulders, back pain, and just the everyday bad habits that come from sitting too much. It’s simple to use, the posture assessment is a cool feature, and the exercise programs make it feel like you’re actually working on the problem instead of just ignoring it. Definitely worth checking out if you’re on your computer a lot, sit at a desk all day, or just want to improve your posture and feel better overall. Highly recommend!
