Power Coach Trainer

Power Coach will provide feedback to indicate if your lift has achieved your target acceleration. Power Coach works with your Apple Watch (assumes what your lifting in the hand that the watch is on) or with the phone only (you must attach the phone securely to what is being lifted). Use Power Coach to strain for speed and power and know when you are no longer achieving your power goal and need to rest. Professional equipment to measure bar speed can cost $100s to $1000s of dollars. Use Power Coach to achieve these same results for nearly nothing.
