Cannot Log into the App
I have a Power Plate account, and every time I attempt to log into the app with my information, the login screen pops right back up ready for me to populate again. It is an endless circle of frustration.

Great when it works
This is a wonderful app and I would give it 5 stars except that sometimes the sound doesn’t work. I hope they can fix that.
No audio
Just downloaded the app and there is no sound on any of the videos. Deleting!
What happened?
This was working fine until today. Now, the screen is too large for my phone and my phone heats up while using the app. Also some of the programs aren’t readily available anymore. What a shame. I hope you fix the issues.
Doesn’t work well
App launches videos but once it does there are no icons that come up to stop and start videos. Sometimes not even to go back to the main menu. The idea of this app is great. Just wished it worked

I’m very grateful for this app and all the classes Power Plate offers. The instructors are very good! However, the app is glitchy. The description of classes is cut off; the controls are intermittent; in the Zen class the music is louder than the instructor; and some videos have no audio instructions which makes it hard to follow the class. I hope you can fix these issues. Thank you!

I signed up and watched the basics video and my app is locked on this video. The x doesn’t close the window.

Until I found this App, I was just muddling around trying to create my own exercise routines. Now I just press play and do what I am told....... so easy

I love my Power Plate, and have had it for years, but over time I ran out of ideas of what to do on it. I called in and was informed this app existed and free. So I downloaded it and there is something for everyone! My mom can use the app for chair exercises too!

I use this app regularly for ideas to use with my Pulse massage gun and Move. I have low back pain and I feel much better using info from the app.
