Poor app and OK software

I am a user of practo from last 10 to 15 years, but I should say that this software is just ordinary and they charge very heavily for their ordinary software features. also, new integration are not there, but they don’t miss out on advertising on any of their platforms so that they can generate as much revenue as possible, so I would recommend to consider other softwares with similar features at less cost before selecting Practo

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Accountability, No Support, No Results

Our experience with Practo has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Before signing up, there are continuous sales calls and repeated follow-ups until payment for a package is received. However, once the payment is made, the level of responsiveness and support changes drastically.

Some of the major concerns we faced include:

• No single accountable executive to address concerns or resolve issues.

• Excessive focus on selling packages and upgrades, with multiple promises but no clear accountability for outcomes.

• Verbal commitments made during the sales process are often difficult to track later, especially when the concerned executive becomes unavailable or is no longer associated with the account.

• Despite investing significant amounts, we observed little to no measurable growth in business, and there was no ownership or accountability regarding performance.

• We noticed booking and lead-generation integrations appearing on our Google Business Profile without our explicit approval. This created confusion regarding the source of patient inquiries and raised concerns about lead attribution and billing transparency.

• Repeated emails, calls, and escalation requests often go unanswered or remain unresolved for extended periods.

Overall, our experience has been that the platform prioritizes sales over long-term customer support and relationship management. The lack of accountability, poor post-sales service, and unresolved operational issues have made this one of the most disappointing aggregator services we have worked with.

I sincerely hope the company improves its customer support structure, accountability mechanisms, and transparency for healthcare professionals in the future.

Not approachable

I have been a loyal Practo user for more than a decade, and in the earlier years the platform felt much more doctor-friendly and supportive. It was easy to connect with the team and get genuine help regarding app-related issues.
However, in recent times the platform appears to have become highly commercialised for doctors. While we continue to pay for the services, concerns and grievances regarding app usage often go unheard. Most interactions are now limited to online communication, and the focus seems to be more on promoting additional Practo subscription plans and targets rather than resolving users problems effectively.

Had an interaction with Mr Syed ibrahim at Practo . He was extremely polite, kind , calm ,and at the same time very professional. He guided me step by step and made the entire experience seamless, hassle free and amazing for me. Because of his assistance my profile got listed on Practo - something that would have taken me weeks to months myself !! But he did in few minutes . Highly grateful to him . Issue with Accessing Patient Reports & Prescriptions During Video Consultations on Practo Pro

Dear Practo Team,


I would like to bring to your notice an issue I am facing with the updated Practo Pro app. During video consultations, I am unable to access patient reports or navigate to the prescriptions page while the call is ongoing.

Due to this limitation, I am forced to disconnect the video call in order to view patient reports or check prescriptions. This significantly disrupts the consultation flow and affects the overall patient experience.

I kindly request you to look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest, as it is impacting day-to-day clinical workflow.

Please let me know if any additional details are required from my end.

Pathetic app

I have tried and tested this app and I’m trying to verify my account since May 2025 even after providing everything and all the photos and ownership proofs that they ask one after another still my account hasn’t been verified

Such a waste of money and my sanity over this platform

Best patient management software

I love this software, but I have a request. I get patients from many cities, and if there’s an option to search patient information by city name, it would be much more helpful to know how many patients I have from each city.

No proper customer care

Recently I’m seeing no customer care services from Practo. Only calls is when it’s time to renew subscription. My patients are not able to post reviews as they don’t get Otp. Also asked many times for a feedback scanner but absolutely no response from Practo team

Have been using it from past 3 years,great experience,good amount of patient reach and service provided by the app is also good.

Hopeless support

I have been trying to get gelp for a week now. No number to call. Chatline is off n no answer to emails. Hopeless company. Regret choosing this software

Practo Ray Doesn’t Listen to User Feedback – Essential Features Still Missing After Years

I’ve been using Practo Ray for the past four years, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of essential features. Even after all this time, the app still doesn’t allow viewing of patient details like prescriptions. There’s no modern requirements like WhatsApp integration or any sign that they’re working on improving the app. The customer support has been pathetic in my experience—slow responses and no real solutions. I’ve finally migrated to another platform that offers faster service and far better features. I would strongly recommend looking for better alternatives to manage your clinic efficiently.

Disappointing Experience with Practo Reach – Not Worth It

I subscribed to Practo’s Reach program for my new clinic, hoping to generate leads as per their commitments. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing:

1. Unfulfilled Promises: Despite their assurances, the promised leads never came. When I questioned their commitment, I was conveniently told to buy their Prime Wallet program instead. It feels like they’re more focused on extracting money from doctors rather than delivering value.

2. Terrible Customer Support:The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. They don’t take accountability for issues or provide effective solutions.

3. Server Issues and Poor Performance: Practo’s platform itself is unreliable. It fails to deliver enough leads, leaving you questioning whether the investment is worthwhile.

In summary, Practo’s focus seems to be on monetizing its platform rather than supporting healthcare professionals. There are better alternative platforms available for clinic promotion, and I recommend exploring those before considering Practo.

Most irresponsible

They suspended my account without any notification or intimation for the reason. I had purchased one time 1 GB storage last year in Jul 23. They said till that is exhausted you need not pay again. When my secretary called them, they told her storage is expired. Now they are not picking up call for further discussion. How can a medical software company be so irresponsible and callus ?

Took 22 thousand rupees and still not completed my profile

Still no booking option available. Initially Practo engineer was calling me again and again and once he took the payment he has started ignoring my calls.
I am getting no response from Abhimanyu who took 22 thousands payment but have not completed my work for profile and still he is ignoring my calls . I have asked him from 3 weeks to complete my profile and still no booking option available

Plz refund me otherwise I will put case in consumer court. I am badly frustrated from Practo service

Honest and practical

Practo has been a constant medium and a bridge between patients and the doctor. Their mechanism of honest feedback helps both the community in large and the doctor too...
But I find lots of feedback not showing up .

Such a poor app quality n service

You can’t even update your own profile pic or do any changes on ur own profile. There is no help at all from their end. No calling number. Their mails takes 24 hours of time to respond.
It takes beyond a month to get something sorted even something basic like changing your own DP!

Unresponsive App and Unresponsive support

The app isn't responding since 2 weeks, most of the sections appear blank. All of a sudden all the patient details is invisible and says "No patients". The profile is "inactive" and the status is not changing even after repeated efforts. the support team are not responding to the emails. They are not reachable on calls too. I get a generic response to update my app to the latest version, whereas there is no update available.

Rejection

Sought my problem fast as my account showing rejection and I got mail of paying money for hybrid account to upgrade .I have been message so many times but I didn’t get any reply are any call from your side .it vey bad I didn’t expect from practice

Not satisfied

The customer support system is not at all good. I have a small issue of speciality name change but they just keep giving reply we tried contacting you but couldn’t connect. I have only one contact number that s working well. My profile couldn’t be started even yet.
Will be deleting the profile and app also .
