This App needs a lot of upgrade

-We booked massages for 2 people at the Spa and were “confirmed”. A few hours later were told sorry they couldn’t accommodate 2 people.

-We booked a Spring Roll Cooking Class. It was confirmed. An entire day later and just hours before were told we were not confirmed and could not attend

-Booked a facial at the spa. Went to the spa and they had no record of my booking
